Sunday afternoon visit around 1.30pm and waited half an hour for toasties when only 4 other people in the place. . No pulled pork as stated on the menu nor chicken so ended up with ham and cheese-pretty basic stuff really. Glad I didn’t want a roast dinner! Coffees had been consumed ages and still no food. The place was freezing cold; sat next to a stone cold radiator ( informed it was broken) On a plus point, the food was delicious and staff were friendly!

Went for breakfast hadn't been for while as last time we went no food the breakfast was look warm could only drink half cup of coffee bits in bottom sorry won't be coming bk 😅 😐

Went for coffee today and was shocked to find that most of the usual guys and gals have left or been sacked. The staff there have been working so hard for the last 14 months despite lack of staff most days. They've never felt supported by management so have trundled on with a smile for us customers and done the best they can. To hear they have gone is shocking and management need to get their act together as many customers are already looking to go elsewhere and your staff deserve better. 😟

Such a shame this place won’t last long if they keep going the way it is, not one of them seem to have a clue what there doing I got 2 suggestions, 1 get better management maybe some with a passion for the industry and 2 make the staff take home a menu so they know what goes with what and they can lean because when your paying them prices u at leases it expect better service I didn’t see a single person not complaining
