It was nice enough here. Reasonably busy for midweek. The food was nice enough. The staff themselves were friendly.
Only thing that let it down really was staff ignoring the queue and leaving one server to deal with it.
Miraculously our food came out at same time despite 15 mins wait in queue to order as we had chosen to order separately.
Only one server was left on taking orders whilst the rest were clearing tables. Would have been better if they saw a queue to jump on till and the carry on clearing after but all ignored and left the one server alone. So the queue grew and grew. Otherwise a nice enough place.

Been at the premier Inn for the week with work. We have eaten here most nights. Every night the food and service has been excellent. We have frequented a fair few brewers fares all over the country with work. I would like to say well done and keep up the excellent standards team and chef

Great place to eat. Very friendly staff. Busy time at Half Term but we're very patient with out children. Food was hot and plentiful. Very good value for money.

Everywhere spotlessly clean.

Thank you

We were a group of 10 having the festive menu at lunchtime. We all thought the food was delicious also with a good variety of vegetables. The service was excellent and friendly. We considered the price good value.

Bar staff very friendly. Quality of food was reasonable and the only reason it only got 3 stars is the lack of variety. Mainly just steak and burgers... I think there was rivs as well, but I don't recall much else.

That said, everything else was pretty good.

Nice restaurant with good food. I am very satisfied with the service. Good value for money. Large menu with options for people with dietary requirements. Booking is available online for a guaranteed table. Will visit again.

On arrival, I wasn't sure what to expect.
Lots of parking but being winter the outside of the building looked a little tired. I was pleasantly surprised as we entered though. Inside was clean, fresh and warm. The lady at the reception was warm, friendly and informative. My room was spotless and the staff serving next door went out of their way to make us comfortable. A young server buzzed around the restaurant bar quietly singing Christmas songs adding Xmas spirit to an otherwise dull business trip. The food was lovely but inexpensive. We stay at Premier Inn often but this is one of my favourites to date. Staff here are second to none.
