A busy venue, the food is pretty standard fare for this franchise, but the staff very were very good and the location with a window seat giving good views over the marina did elevate the whole experience.

Had the mix grill and upgraded to the 8oz steak 🥩, absolutely loved it £20,parking is £2.20 for 4 hrs, suggest a stroll around the harbour area really beautiful place... Also if you are sad person like me there is a home bargains across the car park. Update 2nd visit 23/7/22......myself and my girlfriend dropped in for a 2nd visit today and can only say firstly how rude the meet and greet man was, asked if we booked a table I said no, just thought we would drop in on the off chance of a table, which he replied like you and everyone else, he then said there is a table but need you done within hour and half as it is booked, anyway I ordered the steak pie and chips, which was really nice, girlfriend ordered gammon and mash which she really enjoyed... Going to try the other table table over the menai bridge 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😂😂😂

Below par.
We have visited on several occasions and always had great service, poor young girl waiting tables, serving at the bar and clearing back seemed to be doing all the work, on her own. Her customer service skills needed a polish, but understandable when you're over work, probably underpaid. Food was of a good standard, clean fresh food, no issues.

Lovely place to eat. Dine in or outside. Great views of the Quay/boats. Staff were excellent and the food was good. Good toilets. Good parking including disabled bays. Best to book your table. Because they can get very busy.

As we waited to be seated as it stated on the big sign. We where eventually rudely told we should sit down at any table after being stood there for ten minutes. This was the manager who we ended up having issues with at the end too. We sat down and had our food ordered the waiter was a diamond as was the lady at the bar they couldn’t do enough for the kids. We finished our food and drinks which where of a good standard and got ready to leave. We paid for our meal and started leaving the premises to be called back by the manager who was very abrupt and told us we can’t leave the premises until we pay for our food. We went onto our online banking to show the manager we had paid. He still wasn’t having any of it refusing to let us leave on our daughters birthday making out we where criminals. We have never been treated like that in an establishment. The manager ruins that place he is so arrogant it’s a shame as the other staff where so nice and welcoming. We paid again for our meal and had both Payments leave the account for a week. This day an age you don’t need that especially with the rise on cost of living. Complaint was put in and we were offered a measly twenty pound voucher to spend back there. We would never step foot back in there until we knew the manager was long gone. He shouldn’t work in a customer focused environment he is very erratic and after accusing people of not paying for the food after we showed the receipt this was a step too far and hopefully he has his job looked at. Bar and waiting on staff brilliant the manager is a absolute weapon of a bloke.

Close to the waterfront and the neighbouring Premier Inn. Fairly standard pub fair but super value deals before 18:00. The smothered chicken was great and double up on the chicken breast for only £1.90!! It does get pretty busy though. It’s not easy getting staff these days.

Stood waiting at the bar for ages. No one available. Staff walking past but no one bothered to serve us. Eventually someone did come to take our drinks order. Asked what time did they stop serving food and was told they are preparing for morning now! It wasn't very late. Won't be returning.
