Do not get yours or your children's ears pierced here. I had my ears pierced in June and it still hasn't healed properly, leaving infection and scar tissue after I followed all the aftercare procedure. I mentioned that I was allergic to non precious metals so I took the lady's advice and she said stainless steel would be sufficient, which clearly wasn't. I have learned now to always get your ears or any other body part pierced at a professional tattoo parlour. These ladies may have had training but don't risk it!

Awful customer service I took my 7 year old to have her ears pierced I'd booked it over 3 weeks before to make sure there was somebody there that could do it
We arrive there to be told there was nobody in that could pierce.Try telling that to a 7 year old on her birthday .Really awful and the staff were useless.

too much jobs worth who carries proof of a SGO document on them to holiday just to prove that the children in our care belong to us we found a top class jeweller who pierced my great granddaughters ears on believing us

Just been to Claires very expensive exploiting kids I call it ,was charged £3 50 for small gift bag definitely never buying in there again???

I goty ears perct but that heald and i did them 1 year ogo
