Good for kids stuff but not adult costume jewellery

The Manager in this shop is fabulous. We took my granddaughter to have her ears pierced on Monday 10th August. Pleasure to deal with so friendly and professional. We are contacting head office to see if they have a rewards scheme for their staff so we can nominate. Thanks so much

I had the best time in here the other day. I wanted to treat myself to a few new things. The two ladies that were working were both amazing and sooo friendly. When I went to pay the lady that served me explained that they had a Buy 3 get 3 for free! Who doesn't love a good bargain. Ended up going home having the best time jn here. We chatting about games also and it was nice to know that other ladies have the same interests as me! Will definitely be returning❤

Can't believe it's still going
So expensive for what it is.

Went in for 'a pair' of sterling silver earrings for my daughter, kept being told if you buy 3 items you get 3 free! I don't want 3 items! We selected 3 items and were told these are free so you might as well choose 3 more, couldn't be bothered to faff finding three more items so grabbed some bobbles. Rang up on the till £38! I was shocked and embarrassed but paid, got outside and said to my daughter I feel like I've just spent nearly £40 for a bag of bo**ocks, she agreed we looked at the earrings tiny price that my daughter had chosen £16 X2. I went straight back in and asked for a refund for the items that were expensive and the items I didn't really want. I was told no you can't get a refund because they are earrings! I've just bought them, walked out, walked back in!! I haven't touched them, I touched them more in the shop! Eventually I got my refund and walked out with the items I wanted. Talk about up selling and pressure! Was hassled for my email for a 20% discount on my next purchase, I bought something from Claire's 5 years ago!
