Great customer service. Went in to store to find accessories for a 1920’s theme outfit for a party. Sally was very friendly and helpful. Following her advice I was able to combine a feather bought elsewhere (which she had suggested) and a headband. She also helped me find the right kind of necklace to complete the right look. She really went the extra mile! Thank you!

I had Megan pierce mine and my little girls ears have to say she was really disrespectful and wasn’t very professional nor chatty, my ears have now gone all infected and crusty and she did not give very good after care advice.

My best friend and I had our ears pierced by victoria. She was really lovely, patient and put us at ease (we are 28 and 30 so we were probably more scared than a child). She was very chatty, professional and gentle. The only thing I would say is it is quite expensive for lobe piercings as you don’t have the option to not buy the aftercare solution, which is what we were told bumps the price up, this obviously is company policy and not down the lovely girl who was piercing us. We had good giggle in there and spent some time shopping there after as you do get 20% off if you have your ears pierced there. Thanks victoria 😁

Lovely store with lots to offer, however, it's always really busy and some of their prices are quite high
