Great place to get my daughter's ears pierced! Mel is very good with customers especially babies and very knowledgeable about piercing and ear care. Both Jess and Mel in store were very helpful, friendly and made what could have been a stressful experience a positive one! Would definitely recommend.

A great range of products available and I found the sterling silver earrings I was searching for. Staff were super helpful and friendly! My granddaughters loved the earrings!

After two weeks of having two cartilage piercings I ended up having them removed by a nurse at hospital because they had sunk into my ear, an experience which was both excruciatingly painful and traumatic. I was told by the nurse the earrings had been pushed in too tight and the type of earring - that I'd been persuaded to buy - were too small for cartilage piercings. I urge anyone considering having their ears peirced to go to a reputable jeweller or professional piercing studio and not here!

The staff are very rude and unfriendly. I called up for information regarding ear piercing for my daughter I spoke to Rebecca she was so difficult and extremely rude. So unprofessional and unfriendly won’t be going there!

Both my sister and I got our ear pierced today and Hina was excellent. She was very friendly, the experience was great thanks to her service! She was very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. I would definitely recommend her and may be back for a third piercing soon! Thanks Hina

Whenever I visit the Windsor store It’s closed . The shop assistant locks the door and leave when it’s still shop working hours. . Wonder what they are galavanting in shop working hours . Sometime it’s closed for hours at end.

Went this morning at 9am as that’s the opening hours stated, two ladies in the shop who can clearly see us waiting, decided to ignore us. Went to have a look in some other shops and went back 20 minutes later assuming they needed some time to set up, my mum tried the door and again the two ladies could see us, neither made a move to open the door. Then came back another 20 minutes later to see a ‘back in 15 minutes’ sign scribbled on the door. Poor service, and unclear opening hours.

I booked a birthday party for my 6 year old daughter at Claire's in Windsor, and from start to finish, the whole experience was amazing!
Shelly and her team made us so welcome, made my daughter and her friends feel super special and ensured that the girls got the best from their shopping experience! Thank you for everything xx
