I visited this very cramped store yesterday (14/5/22) to have my ears pierced, you have to sit in the shop window which does not make this procedure private for the customer.
The so called assistant manager did not stop talking, I was nervous anyway, she then started to prepare everything but was called away to take a phone call for 10 minutes.
On her return she did nothing but apology’s a bit o er the top.
Eventually I got my ear piercing done but the cartridge from the piercing gun got jammed in my ear, this took a while to remove the assistant manager was now panicking and I nearly pasted out in front of a lot of customers.
The assistant manager then told me this was the second time today this had happened, surely this gun should not have been used???
She should never be an assistant manager
Poor customer service never again

Humm very cramped couldn't turn around without knocking into one of the display stands, for the amount of stock they definitely need a bigger shop, 1 shop assistant with 3 children waiting for ear piercing, not good experience on a Saturday :0(

I ordered a click and collect of 8 items. I got an email saying to turn up over 24 hours later and the products would be waiting at the shop. I went 2 days later and the woman serving me was being shouted at by her manager, and neither of them had the order. The manager then said I had to come back over a week later. I came back a week later and they only had three of the items. Different manager but still very rude. The earrings I actually did receive broke after two uses. Would avoid from now on.

Went here for my daughters ear piercing. Very helpful staff as my daughter fainted. They were very kind and looked after us.

Brought new bag great can use student discounts but tbh its not much of discounts tbh

Sarah pierced my daughters ears today for her birthday. She was amazing, she made my daughter, who was a little nervous, feel totally at ease, she was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions, thank you Sarah for a wonderful experience!

I found this shop too over crowded by items, need a bigger shop to put all that in.

Rather overpriced. Staff are very friendly.
