I forgot my ID so couldn't get any black nail polish for the Metal show.. my boys will think I'm a loser, next time I'll bring ID then Bob to the Boozer.

Great customer service, very helpful. Lots of choice though sadly didn't have what I was looking for on this occasion. Eyes don't know where to look first. My only slight criticism is the displays look a bit 'tired'. Could do with a refresh.

Love this shop but cud be better if it was bigger .
And with more stuff to look at and if it was a bit cheaper on some stuff in the shop .

A go in there some times when a have lots of money but sometimes a don't go in cos is expensive some times .

Got my daughters ears pierced today and the staff were so lovely. Very patient and reassuring. So pleased she can’t stop smiling. A huge thanks to the girls at the Preston store x

My girls used to love Claires but kenji has completely taken over. Much more expensive than it used to be

I've always liked this place , it's a little expensive but got some nice accessories from hair clips to ear rings , also can get ear pericing here

Loads of variety for my daughter, she loved it !!!

Placed a click and collect and was seen to in a good time. Manager was on her own but dealt with customers very politely. Had a lovely chat with her. Definitely would return
