McDonald's

Went this morning to get breakfast with my 3yer old daughter, waited over 20 mins for food during our wait little one wanted the toilet we found there to be urine all over the floor and the toilet overflowing, went to the counter to make sure staff were aware had to wait as the was an elderly gentleman in front of me who had asked for the cup of coffee he had bought to be filled correctly and was told by a rather rude young women "no that's how they are" when our food finally arrived was cold and looked as if it had been assembled from a distance by the local shot put team. I have give these four separate chances now and on the last four attendances this MC Donald's has performed very poorly. Rude attitude poor hygiene and a total disregard for paying customers.

Sunday 9th Oct morning at 10.39am i placed a simple order for 2 hot drinks and 2 Flat breads gone 11am i asked if my order was ready and got the reply no and your not the only one waiting. The cue was getting bigger and no one was seeming to be receiving their orders.

11.15am i still had not received my order so asked if was ready to 3 members of staff just stood there chatting to each other with the reply i don't know. I then asked for a refund and was ridiculous waiting nearly 45 min for such a small order.

Absolute shocking service i could of got a proper meal in a restaurant quicker than that. Plus no apologies at all.

The problem seems to be all the orders they are taking for deliveries they all seemed to be getting their orders.

to say i will never use this branch again.

The staff were very helpful as soon as we arrived. 2 members of staff advised on how to access the accessable feature on the self service machine so I could order from my wheelchair and also offered to bring it to a table for me if needed. They also assisted in moving a chair to enable me to sit at a table in my chair. Despite it being extremely busy.

Ordered tonight and clearly stated no cheese on the bacon barbecue stack as son is lactose intolerant. Arrived with cheese and no one is answering the phone. Now have a burger he can't eat and no way of getting it rectified. Very frustrating.

The new layout may speed up ordering but it's now like going to an Argos. I preferred the old layout when MacDonalds called itself a restaurant you interacted with staff you could ask questions and you received the personal touch. The food is good but it's more like take your food and f@ck off now.

Forgot to order the sauce and when asked for a BBQ sauce they wanted 20p and I have stand in the queue back for a sauce.
Will never return again. I have been in many places in Derby and never been charged.

Spent over £30, burgers have come squashed and cold, the large fries is more like a medium and half full and anemic. We ordered chicken nuggets with 4 dips and the dips are all missing. Absolutely fuming 🤬🤬🤬

Ordered on just eat, cold food on delivery.. safe to say wont be ordering again.. oh i wish there was a zero rating
