Taco Bell

Been to a few Taco Bells and was not really impressed with the one as I was happy there opened another one in London. First time visited and happy to see a self order machine and refill drinks, is it a bit small in small due to location which is fine. Service did take a bit of time and something I expected as they are new. Noticed how they also make their tacos and they use black beans as ALL the other ones uses refried beans so did taste different compared to the usual tacos. Wasn't impressed as they messed up my order and I realised too late and could not turn back. It's a good place to get a cheap and quick food.

I wish we hadn't had to wait so long for our order.. the app said 14:19. Then it showed us a message that our food is ready to collect. We checked at the store, it was not. We ended up waiting for 15 more minutes.. which is disappointing, as obviously, everyone needs to wait outside now, it was raining and it was cold.. on top of that, they didn't mark the package.. burritos looked both the same on the outside.. quesadillas had some markings, but impossible to read...
Food is ok. It is good for what you pay for. You can spend £5 and feel full. Personally, I love the churros and cinnamon twists for dessert. I only wish service was better at this particular place.. they need some more work.

Fast service, really good food Tasty. Staff were very helpful did not rush at all. Wheelchair accessible. Seating available but not available at the moment due to covid-19. Tackles were fantastic. The manager was fantastic with the children helped them order their tacos meals. The Kids enjoyed the experience ordering their meals. Clean and welcoming atmosphere. Definitely recommend.

Taco Bell is an American chain of fast food restaurants and can't believe I found a Taco Bell restaurant in Harrow opposite the McDonalds, Big Welcome to our area and hope people will love the food.
Because I am vegetarian I have only had the Taco black beans, beans Burrito and I get the iced tea as tea is my favourite!.🌮🛎 Brand new store, the staff were quite friendly, helpful and service was quick. There is a small seating area so is probably suitable as a takeaway restaurant.
Entrance is wheelchair accessible and the place overall bright, clean and welcoming. Customers toilet available.

Geniunely inedible. Arguable the worst American fast food I've ever tried to eat.

As I'd never been to a taco bell below I asked the staff what the recommended and ordered what they said.

To begin with, look at my photo, there's suppose to be meat in there but as you can see it's 99% salad. And the tiny scraps of meat that I did manage to dig out tasted like the lowest quality meat that I'd ever eaten.

The fries were luke warm and very badly cooked.

The cinnamon twists just tasted of sugar and were a bit stale.

And the drink I was given was completely flat.

In the end I just told the staff that I couldn't eat or drink any of it as the quality was soo bad. So they threw away my drink for me (as you can't throw all that liquid in the customer bin) and I threw away the food myself.

Never had to throw away food in a 'restaurant' before. Won't be going back and I don't recommend that you go.

Can I give at this shop less than 1 star? I am very disappointed with the service they offered me today, I think I am not even the only one complaining about the managers and the people working there. My boyfriend ordered at the machines and they got the order wrong, before he lost his patience he asked please and thank you at least FIVE TIMES if they could make his burrito without sauces. They refused and showed us the receipt of our order 2 times saying we had to do it at the machines. They don't even bother to satisfy the customer, freaking awful. I hope this shop closes, I have never received such poor service I swear.

Have been waiting over an hour for food, delivery driver apologised said Taco Bell has not made it yet and when I called Taco Bell they confirmed that they have not yet made any food. They are just accepting orders then ignoring them. Really useless staff answering the phone pretending not to hear you then when you ask about your order they say “we can’t help you” and hang up…. Would have appreciated an “I’m sorry we’re understaffed” more than that.

Slow, but cheap and tastes pretty good the price. The cinnamon and churros aren’t the best. Nor is the fried chicken.
