McDonald's

I've been gently served but unfortunately since 2 weeks to today something's gone wrong..i like to eat Grill CHK+BAC and there is no Bacon and Fahita dressing..so if there is something missing just take it out from the option on the computer..verry unhappy

However is cooking the eggs look at the timer then when it beeps you take them off the heat. It's not rocket science. Horribly overcooked. And there was shell in it. If I want to sharpen my teeth ill pop down the beach and throw sand in my face. What do the managers do they should be inspecting food before it leaves the store...think to yours3lf if I wouldn't eat it don't expect anyone else too..but no they are kids themselves. Its a fkin joke. If wasn't serious it would be funny. 😛🤣🤣

Went to the menu screen console and placed my order accordingly but when I went to use the card machine it would not let me finish the transaction - no receipt was given just the number and I had to queue to pay for the order that I placed via the main card machine at the till point, I have mobility issues along with severe health issues there was no way for me to stand for that long especially when I have to use walking sticks. The only thing that let it down was there was too many drivers (Uber, Barrow Eats, Deliveroo) there was nothing to enforce these drivers. There were customers who were waiting for their order - 1 customer was waiting for his order which took 25 minutes this is due to these drivers getting their orders first. It should be the customers who should come first and the drivers having to toe the line. Not only that there was parents with their children some with prams and use upstairs then wait for their order. In total it was very hectic and the demands from the drivers was out of order.

How not to run a McDonald's is probably better suited for this dive. They should be using this place as a example and training centre to show how not to run a McDonald's. Staff especially in the late evening are kids who have been given the keys to the sweet shop. Everything a McDonald's should be this place has mastered it to be the opposite.

Doesn't feel like the family friendly place anymore.
Get rid of them drivers, I put my translator app on to find out what they talk about and its too vile to put on here.

Rather eat my own toe nails and the staff are more concerned with just eat order and such like than people in store!

Staff rubbish, food cold and nothing in stock, all kids computers were broke and there was no chocolate in the hot chocolate just boiling water 🙄

Waited over 45 mins for my order. When I received my order it was cold. Not nice eating cold McDonalds
