Fry's Fish and Chips

Unfortunately i have to give this Fish and chips shop a 1* review. This is due to it's pathetic opening hours. NOT EVEN OPEN at the weekends. Poor opening hours also throughout the week. They are running it just for the extra pin money (thus is directly from their own mouths). Not as good as the original owners (TOFFS). Don't waste your time or money.

Chips were good. Service was good. But i have to say that the fish batter is nowhere near as good as it used to be back when it was knows as 'Toffs'. We've now started going to the one next to fitzpatricks in rawtenstall instead as the batter is better there.

We ate in at this chippy and the food and customer service was excellent. Very clean and comfortable, friendly and welcoming. We will be back.

You just simply need to come here, my wife and I just recently moved into the area and found this gem, crispy light batter on the fish, kind and helpful staff, reasonably priced and and extensive menu. The best Fish and chips I've had in a long time by a mile!

Lovely fresh fish and chips, spotlessly clean and friendly staff, will definitely be going again.
