KFC Lincoln - High Street

It's Kentucky Fried Chicken, you know its good if you like buckets of chicken. Loses stars because this location doesn't do milkshakes (aka Krushems) and is very difficult to park near as its surrounded by places that deliver so their drivers usually fill all spaces.

Ordered in store at 10.50pm, I was sold mash and gravey that both had a sell by times on of around 8/8.30pm that day and were made at 4pm that day. Nearly 7 hours after they were made. Chicken was over cooked and gravey tasted burnt. Online customer support offed a refund less than the cost of the meal. Terrible service and quality.

Wanted chicken nuggets for a six year old boy, but no. Recommended chicken popcorn but forget to explain they were spicy so ended up in bin when we got home. Money wasted.

I ordered a kfc to be delivered by deliveroo,a six piece bucket at the cost of 20 odd quid,on arrival I opened the box and in it was 5 of the scabbiest small drumsticks and a rib cage bit,combined not enough chicken to fill me let alone me and my GF.totally ripped off I’ll never eat a Kentucky ever again

I love KFC (just not this one)

- very cold
- toilets are disgusting
- tables unclean

Food was quick tho and banging so respect to that

Horrible atmosphere tho we ate in the car instead.

Well, do you want a faux 'star adding'/KFC bashing review, or the truth from a pretty sensible 76 year old KFC regular?
We all know the KFC mobile app is buggy, jumpy, drops out the credit card details now and then and really can be cumbersome, and really needs a good wash, but we keep it to get the offers.
This time (once again, different outlet) it allowed me to order ice cream from a branch that has never ever had a machine anyway.
I have to say the young man absolutely saved the day, not that I get out my pram, ever, explaining this to me and going the extra mile to see that I was accommodated and happy. I was very impressed indeed. Thank you. I came away somewhat surprised. Give him a raise but sack the IT guys..... George

I see the staff joke with one drive with be on the rainy day, the guy need to pay for anything too stay in for collect a order!
I think this is not good !
In the end they there for work !
My opinion is to put some cover out site , and don't treat the riders or delivery drive like animals, live they in the rain and cold weather!
And the boy is so rude , him need to get out from that job , see him cant work with public!
Sorry I alls bay food from there and get orders from the app !
But now I don't think so , till they change the way, to treat the costumer!

Ordered meal for delivery, over half the items missing, rice box with no rice in it. Food we did receive was cold. Totally ruined our meal.
