This shop is so disgusting I literally didn’t even want to eat my food. I avoided the walls at all costs they’re nasty. And my feet were sticking to the floor because they hadn’t been mopped. Barely any of the tables were cleared from previous customers The staff are rude as hell, I don’t know how they’re still open. Go to McDonalds and save yourself the disgust. It’s not that hard to clean walls and floors..

Really like KFC but this restaurant was poor. Ordered 3 piece meal and all three pieces were hard, overcooked and no meat! But worse, my partner visited the ladies toilets and then couldn’t eat. Dirty, smelly and far from acceptable for a food outlet.

Filthy. Floor covered in chicken bits and slippery with oil. Tables covered in food debris. I had to ask to get a table wiped down and when it was the dirty rag the lady used looked like it had been used on the floor! No spray was used on the table just a filthy wet cloth. Portions tiny. Chips stone cold. This place should be urgently reviewed by the food hygiene standards people as it is absolutely appalling. I will never go in there again.

I thought I'd pop in as I haven't been for a while. They have a shortage of some types of meal/ chicken. The place was pretty empty and I wonder if its because its looking dreary and unclean? Rubbish on the floor, stuff left on tables etc. Distinct lack of staff and cleanliness and the floor was greasy and slippery. I won't be revisiting for some time.

Popped in for lunch with my teen daughter. Staff not overly friendly but efficient, more interested in getting people in and out I would say. Prices are average, food good, we like that you can have rice and not just chips.

Every single table is dirty and no one there to clean it. Ordered 20 Hotwings bucket with 4 fries. When we reached home, we saw 6 pcs original recipe chicken and 4 fries. Staffs didn't even cared to take order. Staffs told us there is 20 wings very confident. So we didn't check it at store.

I went to the till to order and the woman kept forcing me to use the kiosk to order because she can only accept cash. I said I have a discount that the kiosk won't scan so she begrudgingly processed my order and let me pay with card! Which she could have let me do from the start! The card machine worked at the till, she just didn't want to have to serve me!

Went in to this KFC wanted to be served at till but was told to use the order machine. All machine been used and does not look like they been cleaned. I ask use at till point but told cash only even tho card machine was on and no sign saying card machine broken. I am not going to touch them disgusting dirty machines were dozens off people touching them. Least with till I can restrict more what I touch. Will not be going back here anytime soon. Staff just standing around not doing much just talking.b
