This KFC is dreadful. The premises are covered in weeds, overgrown shrubs, rubbish blowing all over the car park and walk-way. The staff are rude and have no sense of food hygiene. I sat watching the girl at the drive-in bitting and chewing her nails whilst pouring customer drinks. I made it to the window after a very long wait only to see my food sitting on the counter ready while the staff messed around chatting and laughing. After a few minutes the penny dropped and they passed me my now cold food. I've worked in catering for 40 years and this KFC is amongst the worst restaurants I have ever seen. Absolutely dreadful!

This has to be the worst managed KFC I've ever been to. Service is beyond a joke, drive through can easily take 40+ mins to get through, a lot of the time they don't open the inside for orders or collection yet still take collection orders on the app (which you then have the 40min wait for anyway). Staff ignore you God knows what they are doing because it isn't preparing food fast or otherwise!

On arrival the car park was scattered with litter i thought maybe this restaurant had closed down to how over grown the bushes and weeds growing through the pavements. I was pleased that we was served by another member of staff after watching the man that greeted us scratching around under his trousers. Had to park and go to the counter when we opened the fillet burger we had ordered to find no chicken only lettuce and sauce the restaurant looked like it needed a good sweep.i used the toilet and there was fecal matter around the toilet so I decided to wait till I got home. Very poor standards of hygiene and I now feel sick 😷

Used drive through. It took over 20 minutes to get to window for service. This was because the the order point was out of action as they had a broken headset.
I found out it had been 8 weeks since this had happened and KFC
have done nothing.
With 4 guys working on a quiet day and a huge queue, one of them could of gone up the queue taking orders.
Food was poor. Chips cold, burger luke warm and certainly not fast food.
Never going back as KFC clearly do not value their customers.
Place looked scruffy and not looked after.

Used the drive through and it’s the slowest I’ve ever used. Took 45 minutes and there were only a handful of cars in front of me. Once got the food the chips were luke warm but the chicken was good, although the pieces were quite small.

We had a really bad experience, half our family ordered at self service , no problem. My daughter went to order at the till and was told they were not taking any more orders, it was 6.30 and a Saturday! What was going on. So half of us could eat and the others couldn’t. Our garandchildren were crying because they were hungry so we gave them our food. The restaurant was dirty and no one was cleaning tables, luckily we had wipes with us. Altogether a really poor effort KFC, we will not return! I would appreciate a reply an explanation. Our visit was 3/12/2022 at 6.30pm.

The staff are friendly and the food is what you expect, but they could really learn some lessons about cleanliness from McDonald's. The restaurant was not busy, but there was food and rubbish all over the floor. The toilet had not been cleaned for hours. The staff were getting ready to close 25 mins before closing time, but nobody considered wiping down tables or sweeping the floor.

For me personally I won't waste my time with these jokers. If you're a celiac, you don't want to see that the salad may contain gluten. What a joke. It's such a shame that these large companies cannot offer gluten free food.
