Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The service this evening took a long time, and when I finally got my order and drove home (a minute up the road), both the chips and burger were disgusting. I'd not eaten all day, but still chose to throw both items in the bin.

Saturday night after the cinema took my youngest daughter was a bit apprehensive because it was getting late but she's a brat and I'm a Saturday Dad so she wins .I was surprised although their were several groups of youths none of them were in anyway problematic the food was very quick in coming and was hot and as nice as you'll get at McDonald's.
Always having a security guard on the door gives customers a better piece of mind but fair play staff were pleasent and the place ran like clockwork.

Would literally be less.if I could. Ordered through Uber eats. No sauces despite 3 being ordered. Food stone cold. Spicy nuggets ordered. Cold normal nuggets delivered. 'hot Apple pie' also cold. Burger cold. Gross, never again.

Small McDonalds but okay. Not too fancy. Walking to the front through the side walk from car park is tedious. Small space. Clean and tidy.
Usual options.

Good thing is we did not see the delivery drivers there. It is a bonus.
Quite ambiance. Something to eat before hitting M5.

Absolutely the worse place to order from. Staff are more concerned about entertaining themselves then treating there customers with respect. I've been in store and ordered online and always my order is wrong. They don't have any care at all for there customers asking me to leave in the middle of our meal as all tables were full and she wanted to seat her friends. Disgusting. Managers step up and sort this if not your defo will have a law suit on us case as I'm applying to your ceos now as the treatment me and my family have received is disgusting!!!!!!

Every time we go there, there is something missing or wrong it's bugs me .hot chocolate today like weak tea disgusting staff abit rude as well .and to complain is a mission .

McDonalds is what it is - tasty food. The food was good and the drink exactly as I'd requested. Only slight miff on this occasion, was the length of time between ordering at the board & actually collecting the food at the counter.

The food was COLD....inedible. we ordered via deliveroo. Driver was great, took 50 mins to arrive and was cold as stated...this tends to be the same story from Parsons hill branch. We spent nearly £30 and were given £6.75 back (that didn't cover the cost of 1 burger !!!!!
