I'm afraid to say that the standards here have gone down in the last 2-3 years. It’s a great location right next to A59 and so it was a common stop off location but has now just gone too far. The staff are very dis interested and the quality of the whole experience, just not very pleasant. I always must check the order now and never get a napkin etc without asking.

Food came after a long time, to say the restaurant wasn't busy it took far too long. Once it arrived one of the four meals was wrong from what we ordered so it had to be returned. The new mccrispy was actually a really good addition to the menu, but couldve done with being bigger. The children staff all vaping outside doesn't help the image.

Do not work here. If you try to call in sick, genuinely ill or not, you will be told no. The management see you as merely a worker not a human. You might request time off, you won’t get it. The assistant/schedule manager has no care for your rights nor your personal circumstances no matter how extreme. She regularly disciplines and unfairly shouts at the young workers, all whilst sitting in the office doing no work herself. And they wonder why people quit. The store manager has no empathy for anyone unlike the previous lovely manager who would care about your feelings and stress. The kitchen doesn’t follow health and safety procedures either, food is used when it is out of time or a cheeseburger that’s been laying there for an hour WILL be given to a customer! The franchise team, however, are lovely, it’s just a shame that they don’t recognise how unsanitary and awful this restaurant really is. Try subway or Starbucks.

Clearly understaffed .use click and serve point. Once the clock passed 1120am I had to walk into reastuant to be told .'oh yes your food is here " really enjoyed the cold coffee and porridge but didn't have time to wait any longer to complain.

As Mcdonald's go, this is probably one of the best. Food was freshly prepared and served hot, rather than the usual soggy, kept warm food you usually get.

Don't live locally but have called here twice in last month whilst passing. This is the best McD's I've ever been in. Great service. Food hot both times. Restaurant very clean. Pleasant and efficient staff. Well done!

The burger was cold and the chicken nuggets were over cooked and rock hard. It's been the second time here and the food is not that good. It comes under the category of urban survival food, taste like **** but you can survive on it.

Arrived at the drive through after placing an order via the app. No one spoke, no person there, drove round to the 1st window - coukd see 2 lads making drinks. Shouted, nothing!! Drove to next window, no one. Drove round to the start again, saw a lad doing rubbish - he said to go round to 1st window and he would see us there. Got to the window, a voice shouted ' NOT SERVING, NO ORDERS, GO HOME, CLAIM YOUR PAYMEBT BACK'. How bloody rude. This was 11.10pm absolutley fuming, the ignorance, arrogance. McDonald's you need to get the Golborne 24hr McD's on a re training course. Shocking.
