KFC Southampton - Hedge End

Friendly girl at till followed by dirty tables no napkins. When food was ready we asked for 2 pieces of chicken to be swapped. A member of kitchen staff was heard swearing at my partner. Totally unacceptable! No-one cared what had happened and no-one offered an apology 😡

Really bad experience with this one. Normally staff is a lot more friendly.
A lady on the till forgot about gravy for my daughter and I had to come back to order some. Someone called Abi wearing a gray t-shirt sent me to the back of the queue, after I asked for one, which was more than 10 people. Only one self-service till was working another one wasn't. I had to wait in the queue, while my 4 and 7 years old were waiting on their own upstairs with their food getting cold. I only had a half of my pesi max, as over a half of cup was filled with ice. Nobody asked if i and my kids wanted any ice. Not happy.

We used the remote menu console to place our order but after 10 minutes no food arrived. We were then asked by a member of staff if we had received our good and we explained we hadn't and had paid by card at the machine. He quickly confirmed no rider had registered at the till and prepared our order giving us s discount. Nice touch to see the proactive approach 👏

Dirty tables and extremely greasy dangerous slippery floor.
My chair slid away when I sat down and my daughter slipped up on the way out.
Only a matter of time before someone breaks their leg.
Chicken was greasy too so not a great visit unfortunately.

Absolutely shocking wrap was a joke looked liked someone had been nibbling at it and was giving only 2 pieces of chicken and a spoonful (teaspoon)of salad only came to 1/4 of the wrap ...took it back and Priti was a rude told me no refund of which I got lary and then gave me a refund that was thrown at me

Never ever again will I use this branch
Tbh I normally use bitterne or whitely which are extremely good 👍 shame I never got a photo 🤦‍♀️

I went to this place with my friends for a meal and from start to finish it was very bad.
The toilets are very dirty and they dont have any ideas. Instead of talking and laughing with each other, they all need to pull up their socks and work as a team, and for the business owners and their managers.

Someone needs to go in all the KFC'S and sort everything out ASAP.

They are so slow in doing anything because they are by far busy chatting the whole day they are they.

KFC was actually pretty good. I’m mean you don’t arrive with high expectations but the food was hot and tasty. More disgusted by the family of 6 who sat and ate, then just got up and walked out leaving everything on the table. Way to teach your kids how to act you arrogant c@@ts.

I don’t know why but when ever we choose to visit a kfc for a change from the usual McDs it’s always a disappointment.

This like many other kfc establishments does not seem to have very stringent cleaning Rotas in place.

- floors greasy
- bins full
- Hand dryers not working
- toilet rolls empty
- toilet seats and porcelain look
Like they haven’t been cleaned for days (with questionable hairs stuck
To seat, and yellow marks on underside front of toilet seats in gents. Making it very uncomfortable to toilet my young children in the cubicle)
- ketchup bins empty
- tables dirty (had to clean myself)

Consistency is usually a good thing.. sadly the consistency for many KFCs in the UK (including this one) is not for good reasons.
