McDonald's

Forgot dips for select meals until we asked. Chips were luke warm at best. They had to ask us what our meal was as they didn't seem to know. 3 stars because the chicken selects are always good and their milkshake machine was working at the time!

Good clean branch. Seems organised as delivery people have their own section so no chaos. Nice calm, relaxing environment. Not much service involved just collect your order need to ask for anything you might need but waiting time was reasonable.

Limited parking. Nice place to stop off for a quick bite.

The worst Mcdonalds for food, there's been a few times it's not been nice and items missing. Today it all tastes rank. I asked for no onions but surprise! They put onions in. Sent it back and then put one gherkin in and the patty was hard and chewy. The chips smelt like old oil too and didn't taste nice.

Clean and tidy throughout. Order machine had paper and produced a receipt. The entire team was busy and serving or cleaning at the time of our visit. The drive through was busy, however this didn't impact the time to provide our food to us.

Pulled up to an empty drive thru in the evening. Sat there for about 10 mins before someone takes my order. In the meantime two cars have pulled up and ordered in the lane on the left. No apologies for keeping me waiting, no sense of urgency.

Get home to find my order messed up with no added bacon in the quarter pounder and the Mayo chicken still has mayo in it.

Overall not good, not only this one visit but most visits are unsatisfactory.

Children running the establishment. No manners, miserable. Cold food, too much salt. No sauce in the burger and no sauces in the bag despite being told there were. All staff messing around. Big Shame. Having worked for the chain in the 80's.... What a drop in standards is all I can say 😤

Eating in is definitely better than waiting over an hour for delivery. That being said, even the food i got eating in was cold. Breakfast here is better than the main menu by far. They can't cope with busy periods and lose orders, serving cold food. It's one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I've had takeaway,drive thru, and eaten in here. Eating in is the best of worst.

Unfortunately this has gone down hill. Along with rude management staff, they seem to be quite incompetent with making food and delivering it.

Asking to be parked in the carpark for 4 happy meals (which came out cold twice) while we are the only ones in the drive through goes to show that the team might need training to perform better and more efficiently.

We shall see how they perform over the coming months and I will re-update reviews accordingly.
