McDonald's

Late night trip to McDonald's after taking my daughter to A&E. Only a few people ordering. A group of 3 in front of me. Took about 25 minutes for my order. I ordered ice creams and hot food. The ice creams were made at the point of ordering yet I still had to wait 15 minutes for the hot food...meaning by the time I got home they were somewhat melted. I started scoffing the chips the moment I stepped out as I knew I would need to be quick for my ice cream 🍦...the chips were luke warm. Staff seemed friendly and it was late. It was still edible.

Unable to get served at the counter but not given the chance to explain why I couldn't use one of the 2 kiosks (2 out of service) had to leave and when I called to complain it turns out that the staff member lied and said I called her a cow, backed up by a colleague when there was no one else near. I had my child upset wanting food and asked him "how can I'' seeing I couldn't see the screens properly to order. It's a shame as usually the store is generally the best in the area/South as well as the most reliable for deliveries (when they're running) as they tend to actually check everything is bagged. Absolutely disappointed that I wasn't allowed to be served or explain and then made worst by staff lying.

Waited 40 mins for food saw delivery's waiting at least a half hour some longer hanging about and drivers asking where food is system seemed chaotic My food was cold but atmosphere was so bad in there just wanted to hurry up and get my granddaughter who is autistic out attitude of some staff wasn't great. Only plus point was toilets were clean. Staff member working on floor seemed to get no back up was literally run of her feet and having to deal with a customer who was being disruptive with electrical wiring. I felt for her as she was ha ING to deal with everything and that was a situation ready to explode management need to take more care

Pretty good. No problem with food or service. Not the best McDonald's to sit in at though.

Staff are friendly enough but the food takes way too long to arrive for a place that is supposed to be a 'fast food' restaurant. And besides the breakfast here the food quality is very poor, I had the worst burger today which was cold and the gherkins tasted like feet.

McDonald's at Havant have an amazing and excellent environment 🍔, there's always plenty of seat 🪑 available. The service was quick and the staff 👨‍💼 were always helpful and friendly. It's a great place to stop for lunch 🍔 at Havant.

Absolutely the best I have ever been. My food was hot, well prepared. Cleanliness absolutely NO1. Nothing to compare with London ones. Toilet like in ***** hotel. Big thanks and congratulations to all employees. Keep your lovely smile.

They use their bare hands to make your food. Watch them as they make it, they don’t use gloves, nor cover their hair so you better hope you don’t find hair in it and they actually washed their hands.

Now about the staff- they seem to think it’s funny to just sit around chatting whenever it’s not busy and take their time making your food, the only time they act with some level of professionalism is whenever a manager is around… oh wait I forgot, the manager is the same.

The ordering machines are broken most of the time, and they never have a receipt so when they mess up your order there’s nothing you can do about it, I was waiting an hour for my food one time, only reason they finally made it is because they had a receipt.

Avoid this McDonald’s unless you like bad service with a side of food poisoning.
