McDonald's

This was a lunch treat for our two granddaughters- we don't usually eat fast food. They were very quick to tell us what to order- which we did using the touch screen. All the food arrived together, was hot and tasty. It was a very busy lunchtime but we managed to find a table downstairs. We used the facilities to wash our hands before eating.

I ordered a large double cheese burger meal through Just Eat for delivery. A staple meal of their menu that they have been selling for years. Only the drink and the burger arrived - no fries. Even the label listed the drink, burger, and large fries. How hard is it to check an order before it leaves the store? I now have had half a meal and have to wait to see if I will get compensated by Just Eat - I won't hold my breath. Needless to say I won't be using this store again, and probably won't bother with just eat as they are next to useless when there is a problem. All I wanted was my bloody fries and now I wait for 7 days to see if the clowns can sort out the shortfall in my order. My advice is don't use either company.

We ordered ourselves some McDonald’s for dinner, of course most of the food being cold, missing my child’s happy meal And the best bit, my donut was covered in some black hair, so or some staff don’t wear hairnets OR my donut was dropped on the floor, picked up and put in my order.

Probably looking at 30-45 minute wait for walk ins because of so many Uber eats/just eats etc. but if you order delivery it’s always cold. Poor service all round.

Food came out well presented , hot and tasty.

Very busy, waited about 20 minutes food was hot and tasty, could of been a bit cleaner and tables cleared otherwise all good.

Just wanted to say special Thanks to Macdonalds worker, Liana. We came in with a large group of young people on Sat 26th Nov. She found us seating upstairs, helped with with our orders and gave the best service.

V.busy, order didnt take too long.. Seasonal latte was piping hot and Tasty. Simple Dble Cheese burger x 2 always a winner.
