KFC Worksop - Blyth Service

Long waiting time even when it wasn't busy, staff had time to clean the restaurant and toilets but no one was bothered, they just chat with each other. There were no napkins, need to clean my table before can eat, and the whole place was dirty. Joined 4 toilets were disgusting and 2 male cubicles were closed. NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN!!!

35 minutes in the drive through, we get to the window to be told they have no beans, so we have gravy, but its spilt all over the box. Terrible service for fast food.

Waited 10 minutes to be served, then waiting another 20 minutes for our food. The lady was missing every customers order before us. My zinger burger came with no salad and my sweet chilli dip wasn't included. When I asked they said they ran out, never bothered to say that before they took our money? Will not be stopping at KFC anymore...

Food ordered using self-serve kiosk. No receipt paper so no print. Toilets had what looked like urine all over the floor, almost unusable. Floors behind counter in food prep areas looked unclean. Staff more interested in having conversations with each other and hugging. The food was hot, although the chicken in the wrap had clearly been left on a hot counter for too long as it was really chewy. Rest of the food was as expected.

Why are KFC’s just bad nowadays? Waited 30 minutes in the drive through. 30 minutes! Ludicrous. Half the meal was missing so ended up having to go in. Queues of people all looking fed up. Kids rioting because they’re hungry and having to wait. Meal was mediocre and cost over £8 for a box meal.

Visited Monday 2nd January for the 1st time. Never again!
Considering this is on the A1 and should be a flagship, it is infact a dump and it's only been open 1 year.
Walked in 4 staff behind the counter talking to each other, like there was nothing to do (see photos). Items missing in order, items unavailable on menu, food cold, food/rubish everywhere on floor and tables, all 3 bins bursting with rubbish. Toilets broken fixtures, urine everywhere and tissue all over the floor. Take some pride in your jobs! The Manager should be ashamed and sacked.
As I said to the party I was with, should have gone to Burger King over the road or McDonald's on the A1, always know what to expect.
Do yourself a favour, do not visit this particular KFC.

No beans or corn on the cob. Only received 1 portion of fries instead of 3 and that was a half portion. The lettuce on the sandwiches was limp and brown. The chicken was only just warm. The restaurant wasn't very clean even though they weren't busy

Ordered 2 meals to take out, the chicken on one burger was cremated, the beans were so over done that they were caked together like a paste and burnt on the bottom. The gravy was like water and tasteless and the fanta was over diluted.

Nothing but constant issues from the this KFC, just last week my girlfriend was in the drive thru queue for 15 mins before being told the card machine was down, after ordering and getting to the payment window, no signs up warning people.
