McDonald's

One of the nicest McDonald's stores I've been into in a long while. Lovely lady taking order (Debbie).

Food was hot and fresh and restaurant was clean. Large upstairs seating area.

Conveniently situated at the top of the parade shopping area

A joke!!!!! Entered the premises no one there at counter so I stood waiting to be served whilst 2 members of stay kept looking at me and didn't acknowledge me. Only when a customer had ordered from the pre order stand and collected his coffee did one member come over then I had to ask if I could order food where I was stood. The answer was yes what a joke so they would of left me standing there longer than I already had been.

Yeah it was ok it's McDonald's so pretty standard.
Clean and tidy but the machine you placed your order on was not printing order numbers but as it was early in the morning it wasn't a problem but it could be an issue once it gets busy.
Downside the upstairs where the toilets are was not open so you could only use the one toilet on the ground floor which is disabled use.

Nice enough building has another seating area upstairs and toilets on the top floor. I usually have an issue with ordering through the app which is annoying but apart from that it's what one would expect.

Trip around the shops, had a break for lunch. Hadn't been to McDonald's for a long time, so it was a pleasant change. Had a MC chrispy ; good fun a very tasty. Used tha app and it worked well

Good food, however tables left uncleared downstairs, and the upstairs section was closed before we finished our meal ( staff announced they were closing it half way through eating !)

Ordered food online at 22:00, my order was ignored until they closed at 23:00, I called at 22.45 to get an update on my order and no one picked up. Refund also not offered

Timings were all out they got the drinks ready before food was ready so drinks were sat waiting on the side, so by the time food was ready to serve drinks were not as hot.
