KFC Maidstone - The Mall Shopping Centre

Another typical KFC that can't keep up with demand. Rude staff, insanely slow service (20 mins + for a mini fillet snqck box)... No idea what's going on with KFC at the moment. Thier customer service gone out the window. It's all about Uber and deliveroo. Not about the general customer standing Infront of you. #dissapointed.

This place is woefully under-staffed. The only empty tables were strewn with rubbish, overflowing bins, chips littering the floor, tables with food and liquid on them. There were only 2 front of house staff, overrun with orders, customers left waiting ages whilst they chucked out Uber and Just Eat collections. One member of staff came out, squashed the bins down with his hands, before returning to hand out orders, no handwashing! Also, please pull your trousers up so I don't have to explain to my 7 year old why your grotty pants are on show. What a grim, grotty place, it's gone downhill.

Unfortunately, I always seem to arrive just before closing so there is a limited range to choose from. However I have never been disappointed with the quality of the food and the staff have the patience of a Saint at that time of day - someone always seems to be arguing about the sides or whatever chicken they really want not being available.

Very very poor customer service, no staff, the place was absolutely filthy, bins overflowing with rubbish, no staff, tables all dirty, one member of staff chatting to friends, he should of been cleaning all the rubbish away, there was even rubbish all over the floor in some areas, absolutely disscusting, are there no managers in these places, shocking carry on

Ordered late lunch for me and my son, as I have worked an night shift last night.
Received 1/3 of my order and when I contacted the KFC,I got: sorry, you have to contact UBER for refund or rearrange other delivery or you can come here and pick up the rest of your order.
Disappointing. NEVER ORDER AGAIN TO THIS KFC.
PS I will like to invite the person responsible for this order to one meal somewere,when they are hungry and give them 1/6 part of the order and a SORRY!

Extremely understaffed meaning they cannot complete their work to an acceptable level and time frame.
The staff members are polite when serving.
All issues stem from their stingy management.

This is quite a busy place but I wasn't impressed with the service or the cleanliness of the place. I sat at a table and there were chicken bones still on the table from previous customers and they looked like that had been there a while ( they were totally dry ). The staff looked totally disinterested and were very slow getting meals together.

Went late lunchtime and it was still very busy. Staff were very good at keeping up with the orders. Marked down as the lemonade I had tasted as if the pipes needed cleaning out.
