FLAMES BURNLEY

Absolutely brilliant food, we are becoming regulars here, credit where it's due, the kebab meat is second to none in the area, and the side salad was lovely and fresh. Ordered from their website, paid cash on arrival and enjoyed healthy & hearty kebab with the wife... Delivery was rather quick too... 5 stars from me, keep it up...

Have been using Flames since the start of this year and I have to say I cannot fault them in anyway.

The quality of food far surpasses others.
The portions suite a healthy appetite and the price is right.

The taste of the flame grilled kebab is absolutely amazing.

The app is great to use and delivery always arrives before the time quoted.

No hesitation to recommend them and will continue to be a loyal customer

Been ordering from flames for awhile always on time always really good food and reasonable prices.
Plus today me and my daughter opened door to delivery man my little girl said hi and he told her to wait there ran to his car and bought her a pack on biscuits which was really nice of him

I ordered cheese popcorn and fries and a dinner wrap. The fries were so tasty. Enjoyed so much. The cheese popcorn was delicious and the dinner wrap as always was so good. Massive thumbs up Flames.

Absolutely diabolical.
Cannot belive the state of what I was served this evening. The fries had clearly been stood for hours then re-fried, the chicken burger was super thin and fired in oil that tasted rancid. I asked for salad very clearly on the burger but didnt get it. No wonder they gave it to me with the lid closed!

I wonder if they thought I was homeless because I had my dirty dusty diy gear on. Trying to get rid of old food on someone they think wont notice or care perhaps?

Had a few bites as I hadnt eaten a thing all day but had to throw it. What a mistake eating even that much. 3 hours later and I have sharp pains in my lower stomach and chills.
If I dont revisit this review with an update I didnt make it.

Twice in a row they have not given me exactly what I have ordered and after the 1st time didn't even offer discount or a replacement

Ordered a pizza and kebab over a hour and and twenty minutes ago, phoned them after an hour, promised that the food would be with me and hot in the next twenty minutes, it was but it wasn't hot, I used to be a customer of Flames a few years ago, now I see why I stopped getting my takeaways from there, quite poor tbh!
But when the food finally did arrive it was good, after I'd had to warm it up of course 🤷🏼‍♂️

I started going here a couple of months ago just to try it. And I live in padiham. Always order online and I've never looked back since. There is alot of take a ways in padiham but out of all of them flames is the best. And its the other side of burnley. Never had one problem always deliver when they say. Evan though its longer to travel and still 🔥. Food is amazing as always. Super impressed . Amazing food amazing people and price is super. I will not go to a different place now . So thank you very much ..
