Excellent service by the staff. Always ready to help. Reasonably affordable, as we have to watch the pennies. In these difficult times. Good place to catch up with friends for a coffee.

Worst McDonald’s I’ve been too
I ordered strawberry lemonade on the machine and it charged me £6.27 for a meal that I didn’t even pay for. It didn’t even show the option where it finalizes your order. I go to one of the staff to ask for a refund and I just wanted to have the strawberry lemonade and the staff were very unhelpful from ignoring my concern and being rude in not allowing me to get a refund. Their excuse as that I clicked on the meal when I didn’t because the machine was broken. Worst McDonald’s ever would not recommend the Mcdonalds’s near primark is better

So bad. We asked for delivery and was missing a product, but they only refunded 1.6GBP when it costs 3.49. Tried calling several times but never picks up the phone. The pancakes were super cold and stiff (the delivery was quick so its not drivers fault for sure) hashed potatos were so oily and smelly too, which i never experienced in other McDonalds. Do not recommend. If you can, pick another McDonalds.

Bad service from The Crew, she have the friends first list, i ordered at 15:09 and i collect the food around 15:36 . The girl name Shewa is terrible one girl she came on the front and Shewa took the order paper from her hand directly and gave the food on front of me and then two South asian crew which i saw him as clearner in Mcdonalds he took the order paper from outside and give them fast delivery wow…. Everyone waited long because of these guys. But the manager she was very good and calm she came extra to me and hear all my complaint which is good. I know its full day but treat everyone on same please thanks

I thought this is supposed to be fast food, when you're waiting 25 minutes to get your food that is not on, you are a big multibillion-pound company who obviously need to employ more staff in this branch, they cannot handle the amount of orders they are getting from customers and when you have two and three staff behind the counter it's absolutely ridiculous, not only that you have a little helper that goes around cleaning tables and emptying bins, I don't think it's right that it goes round handling rubbish and then goes behind the counter handing out food to customers waiting without washing their hands, you shouldn't be going anywhere near the counter or anywhere near customers food, now I can understand the guys trying to be helpful but he needs to be told by the staff that it's not right at all. This particular McDonald's is an absolute joke, when you have so many customers standing about moaning because their food is taking so long do you think they're going to actually return and use this McDonald's again. 3 out of 10

Worst service ever! Online service experienced before missing orders. Today, we went for lunch and ordered our food, then 30 mins later our number vanished on the screen. Followed up on the crew many times and still nobody is preparing our food. My kids were starving waiting for the order.

An hour later of waiting and asking the staff, and still nobody prepared our food.

They even have my receipt. They suggested refund. And it’s ridiculously asked me to repeat my orders in order to
Process the refund! Poor management ever!

Won’t be eating to any McDonald’s ever again. My boycott may not affect their revenue but the management in that chain should be changed!

I wouldn't give even one star but I don't have that option.
Yesterday 29th of December 2022 at around 7 pm at Mcdonald inside the shopping centre Bentall's, I bought 2 burgers in a combo, the food was cold, the chips look like they haven been cooked hours ago, everything cold, and soggy.
It took then around 30 minutes to prepared and delivered the order, there was many people waiting for a while.

Do you want to kill someone due to food poisoning?

Food has to be prepared and sold at certain period of time, I hope you get inspectors from food and safety as this is a public hazard
I wasn't the only one who realised this, another lady was complaining about it.

Don't sit in, it's an unpleasant place to be. Customers are bad enough, so loud, eating noisily with mouth open, phones playing on speaker. Smell of poo from loos. Then a member of staff sits down next to me and had loud shouting phonecall, with her phone on speaker, so I get the awful tinny other side to her irritating conversation. No consideration, no manners. Makes you pray for the end of the human race.

And they gave me food poisoning one time a few years ago.
