KFC Worthing - Broadwater Street West

Very nice KFC. Food as you would expect. Good amount of seating, inside and out. Clean toilets. Self service machines available. Pleasant to eat in. Can get very busy at times due to location. Surrounded by ample parking. Service adequate to good.

Always had bad experience with this kfc, but today ordered boneless chicken and it is rock solid! The chicken inside was tuff and didn’t eat it as it was so hard. We always have one after the other problem from there but now we won’t ever be ordering again from this kfc.

Bought a rice box, got home..... No rice in it. Starving and shattered from work, I tried phoning them no contact. Too tired to drive back with a baby too.

Really quick friendly service on Saturday lunchtime..tons of tasty well cooked chicken. Such a good price..we had the Wicked Variety bucket. I was so pleased.

Chicken had been under lamp for hours and they ran out of breast for the bucket, got all dried legs and wings. Free corn as they were throwing it away. Worst KFC I've ever had.

Lost a single star due to TABLES not being wiped down. Something that should be done, the moment customers leave so it's clean and inviting to next seating customer (like me).

The Zinger Burger was the BEST I've had in the 5 years I've lived in the UK ❤️

Lovely staff, friendly and helpful.
Food as expected. My five stars are mostly for the staff, especially the tall dark haired young man behind the tills, he gives great customer service - well done.
Parking is awful, btw. Try the car park behind the shops, parking on the front is nightmarish.

After buying boneless chicken menu driving 3 miles home to find the food was only warm definitely not hot I definitely won't be using that again
