Closed 2 hours early today. I just went to the doors and the security said they’re close for maintenance despite that they were still letting deliveroo driver in. Wish they would have updated their platform beforehand if they had ‘planned maintenance’. I was told this at 10:57pm

This is the worst McDonald's I have had the displeasure of experiencing. Waiting times for food is unacceptaable and shocking. Food was cold and I mean COLD. the burger buns were burnt and there was black bits on chips may be from dirty oil. I absolutely WILL NOT be returning and whoever is in charge needs to think about a career change!

I ordered a coffe and after waiting me for 15mins they are saying the machine isn't working like wt they didn't had milk in storage, like McDonald's doesn't have milk for storage it's a shame. The staff was gossiping instead of taking care of customers.

I am writing this review because I was so upset with staff. I have waited for 20 min to collect my order and I understand store was busy but what irritates me is this their team work the shift runners scolding between them and team members are making jokes on them and having fun.

Coming to food quality, I have ordered a burger with fries which is very cold and fries were not cooked properly

Waited 30 minutes for my order. Granted this is during lunch time rush but that doesn't excuse them from skipping order numbers. It also seems they prioritise their take over service orders (deliveroo etc) than customer who actually downloaded the app, ordered and went in store to collect. If I could give it a 0 star I would but the 1 star is mainly for the other customers I talked to who experienced the same issue.

Ordered on Uber Eats and received completely wrong order despite confirmation numbers being correct. Delivered items in bags that were not even ordered. Stale service and standards clearly packing orders with their eyes shut. Wouldn't recommend unless you're desperate. Would 0 star if possible.

Firstly, me and my kids had plates on the table, smiles on our faces ready to eat. After waiting an hour I checked my JustEat delivery. My jaw dropped to see that the horrific order had been CANCELLED. What was I going to do without dinner on the table? It has never been my DISPLEASURE to see such POOR service and i CAN ASSURE YOU i will take my money ELSEWHERE! I hope you are happy you've you have lost a customer and I beg you to improve your service. Thank you.

This McDonald’s is without fail INCAPABLE of getting an order right. Twice in the last week we had ordered through UberEats and Deliveroo. Both orders missing key items, even the soda wasn’t what was ordered. The latest one today was missing 3 burgers. And it was not a fault of Deliveroo, he didn’t have anything else in his bag.
Having worked in the industry, I appreciate it can be busy at times, but no excuse for not checking you have included everything in the order. There’s a basic lack of care, which probably funnels down from management (or lack hereof). It really isn’t that difficult, but the incompetence is hugely frustrating for customers.
