Nice clean place. Staff are very helpful. Food was hot and tasty, but drinks were warm, had to ask to replace them with extra ice.

We're regularly down in great Yarmouth on holiday the staff were helpful friendly polite as usual we went in there a few times while on holiday j wasn't impressed with what Happy meal toys what we're on offer but apart from that all positive

Very slow service with priority given to deliveries. They forgot part of my order. When I phoned up to complain they were really helpful and offered a replacement voucher for 2 meals.

Service is fine. Food really doesn't agree with me anymore, so much of it is super unhealthy and leaves me feeling a little ill afterwards. That's more of a personal issue of course.
The environment was sporadic, quiet some moments then loud the next when a bunch of youths walk in.

Far easier ordering and paying from machines than queuing up but at times they're so busy you won't find a free seat or a clean table.
Advise eating from the tray, using the paper bag or box as a plate and heading to the refill station if you run out of sauce

This restaurant has a fair amount of seating for the usual demand. Food is nice, have never experienced anything bad here and it features a Drive-Thru for anyone needing to get food quickly.

Absolutely disgusted the way they could not have the audacity to tell Uber eats that the restaurant was closed due to maintenance the other past week or so and my order had apparently was on way to be even tho I had to call the driver for him to tell the the restaurant is closed and there is a note on the door
I had lost £28.89 I also had to get my bank to dispute the payment due to Uber eats refusing to refund as they had imagined that I had received my order when actually I never

I had also received someone else’s order even with my order number stuck on the bags it’s self so that just goes to show they rush and don’t care what’s been given to others

Ordered through just eat and we were a burger and all dips missing, phoned macdonalds and was told to phone just eat as they couldn’t do anything about it even though it’s them that pack it not the just eat drivers. Disgusting service, rude staff will not be using them again.
