KFC Coalville - Thornborough Road

Pretty average for what the chain of KFC restaurants offer, although it was nice to have food that was pretty hot, it got pretty cold very quickly due to how high the air conditioning was. Chips were half decent but would have been nice to enjoy them at a better temperature.

Restaurant was relatively clean and would still return again to this branch, staff at counter was friendly.

I called the other evening for a meal and was refused my nhs blue light card discount. I have been visiting regularly since lockdown supporting them. I think the attitude was disgusting I was in uniform and left my phone at work,and was told you could be on the con 😒 well your loss KFC uve lost a good customer

Was OK McDonald's still better. Chicken very greesy don't like how they leave the skin on the chicken. Chips are bland not as good as McDonald's. I think kfc is over priced quality of food needs improvement

After a few days in hospital we decided to order KFC as a treat. I ordered a 3 piece original recipe meal what came was 3 of smallest pieces of chicken witch where burnt and no fries. Very Very Very disappointing

Very quiet on the Sunday lunch when we visited. Unlike maccies over the road which was gridlocked. We love this KFC. The staff are great and the food is always good. We dread the day we visit and it's not up to scratch.

The first red flag should have been McDonald’s was packed and KFC had tumbleweeds blowing round the drive thru.I ordered a bucket for one through the drive thu i opened it and the presentation looked like they shook the box before giving it to me.The food tasted reheated rather than fresh soft not crisp. I ate about a quarter then throw it. About 4 hours later I didn’t feel good and that night all I did was throw up and had diarrhoea. Stay clear this branches hygiene is questionable at best!

You're right, they are doing a brilliant job, I don't know why it's never busy. This is the best kfc we've ever been to. It's quick, and reliable. I've just discovered the app, and all the deals on it, so I'll be visiting more. Price is what sends people to maccies I reckon, it's just a quid or two cheaper. Great work keep it up 👍
