KFC Exeter - Sidwell Street

Decided to grab a KFC before heading to the cinema. Really regret it, it was pure chaos. Rubbish everywhere, I couldn’t tell who was ruder, the customers or the staff. One woman who ordered after us had to have her meal remade twice because they bagged three meals in a single bag and it split, and then they did it again. My partners chicken was still pink and looked very undercooked but we didn’t even bother to mention this to the staff as we didn’t had time-Store was overwhelmed by deliveroo drivers picking up meals so service is slow.

Absolutely not coming back here

Eight previous orders have either had missing or incorrect items.
The restaurant has not answered the phone on several occasions.
Delivered via Deliveroo.

Staff didn't appear to know what they were doing. Got orders wrong. Made the hot drinks 10 minutes before food order ready.
2 customers had been waiting 40 minutes for their order.
Full of delivery drivers as well.
Not a great experience.

Good food and clean location.
The big problem and not only for today ,they don't let you use the toilets saying that are blocked. Which I doubt it's true as it's going on from last year.
I hope the management will see this review and sort it out.

Shocking i had a hot wing in my mini fillet burger an no but on the second one quality is terrible wouldn't feed it to my dog

By far the worst KFC I have ever eaten! The service is absolutely shocking! I ordered from this place 5 times for delivery and every single time I ordered there were things missing! How can you get it so wrong? The screen tells you what to put in the bag😂 eventually I complained and ended up getting a voucher…. I am sure you can guess what happened when we used it! Really needs to sort itself out and go back to the very basics!

The hours are #hit, it says here that they close at 23:00 on Wednesday evening, the poster is on their door says 22:00. I went there tonight 07-12-2022 & the door was locked at 21:44. Why?
Their poster says 22:00 so they ought to be open until then!
It used to be good here but not anymore.
If they're going to close early then they should change their advertised hour's.

Shocking service did an order nearly 2 hours ago and still waiting no one answers the phone to see when will be delivered so can't even ask for a refund would not recommend at all I wouldn't give it a star if they can't deal with it they should be sacked so update on order over 3 hours now taken my money thieving sods and didn't even receive my order . Will never use again
