I ordered meals, to my family i found 2 of my meals without chips, the team are not organized. Other people where complaining to. My prder number was 67 2 kids meal and to chicken spicy meal woth no chips

always slow service and unhelpful staff, this visit to this McDonalds was discussing all due to the mouse dropping found in with my food. staff in the restraint didn't seem bothered and their customer support did not want to acknowledge that one of their restaurants are infested with mice. disgusting

No 49 is my order of a veggie burger and apple pie. Others were served way before me. I asked for a receipt as the pod had no receipt paper in it. Colleague asked a manager to assist but the exclaimed that they were too busy. Speaking of the manager, I don't think she should be walking around the food preparation area with no hair net. She touched her hair too many times for my liking.. As for the food..mayo instead of ketchup....

I will never go into a mcdonalds again. We ordered online and the food took overly long. Once arrived everything was either cold or over cooked, nothing was editable and we claimed our money back.

Without a doubt, the worst of this franchise I have ever been to.... Up and down the country, at least your burger is warm and cooked properly, but not here! It wasn't just mine, every other customer who was there at the same time I was had an issue.... It wasn't even busy TOTALLY RUBBISH!!

No blame on the staff, its obvious management felt it appropriate to under man the later shift...only 10pm. Staff great yet people where frustrated for the wait. For me personally it wasn't pleasant they lock the toilets after 9pm...that's ridiculous.

Not suitable for customers paying with cash. Extremely difficult and the cashier said that they hope I was okay with not getting change... Was not even given the option to get given change so I overpaid. Unacceptable quite frankly.
The toilet facilities are ok, there was loo roll and soap, which is not always to be expected in a McDonald’s.

Friendly atmosphere. Nice and warm. Good wi- fi. One can see some regular people manly the elders socialising and the Church people as well. I don't visit often but for a slice of cake and a cup of coffee for £8.00 is too dear so it still a better choice to visit the place.
