Very fast delivery!
Although it was delivered the quality of the food was not compromised. Everything was crispy and tasty- even the chips were good.
Wraps and chicken poppers were good.
Everything tasted fresh!

Loved the Zinger Fillet Tower Burger 🙌🏽

Also halal!

Average KFC, service is poor but again not expecting much considering it’s a fast food chain....thank you and please goes a long way. English isn’t the 1st language for most of the staff so you’ll have to bear with them.

Food is ok, fried chicken and the brand quality is what attracts me the most, although with this branch I suspect the oil isn’t changed as often as it should. It’s OK, convenience fast food but not worth going out of your way for. Finally HALAL certificate is available together with a HFC sticker in the window.

Don’t go.Void this place.I bought just 10 wings there are like a hard rock.this is not my first time bad experience from this place.never go again.very unprofessional staff

Food here is dangerously close to being toxic. Not sure what quality meat they use but everything in this place is disgusting. Don’t be surprised if you order a chicken meal but end up getting something else. I.E. food poisoning. The 1 Star is for consistency. By that I mean consistently getting diarrhoea every time I eat here. Lesson learned. Never coming back. Oh and 2 hairs in my food today. Definitely not mine.

Don’t know if it’s me but recently, have been disappointed with the quality and service here. When this first opened, it was my “go-to” chicken place especially as KFC tastes so much better than your average fried chicken shop.

Quality has definitely gone down as last few times, chicken looks and tastes slightly overdone (lot darker in colour unless it’s a new recipe!). Service could be a lot better - talking about what they are doing that evening when customers are waiting to order is not very professional.

Btw - can’t beat the Colonel’s recipe!

Food's great here, they are reasonably priced, quick and the workers here are professional. One problem I have is the lack of seats here but I understand that there isn't enough space inside.

we ordered a take ways from kfc
when we came home we only at 2 piece of chicken and threw the rest of it in the bin
the chicken was burnt and dry and very cold i would not recommend going to this kfc especially

DEFINITELY NOT ONE OF THE GOOD KFC’S.
FOOD NOT PREPARED WELL, ALWAYS UNDER OR OVERCOOKED. HOT WINGS ARE TERRIBLE, ALWAYS HARD. THEY GIVE YOU LEFTOVERS THAT SHOULD NOT BE SOLD.
ALWAYS MESS UP YOUR ORDER..JUST TERRIBLE. HOUNSLOW HIGH STREET BRANCH IS MUCH BETTER.
