McDonald's

Not a fan of McDonald's (it's old reputation I know) but went in here to get some snacks whilst I waited. I'd been on a long water fast and broke it earlier so not ideal but had a Fillet o Fish. I felt it was fairly clean although I only saw one staff member working so the tables took a while to be cleaned from previous customers. Buy what a friendly guy, talking to people and spending time. The receipts couldn't print from the ordering stations due to know printer but he offered to bring it to the table. We had some fries, drink. They were out of some items. Not bad experience. It's a McDonald's so no high expectations. But it was cleaner than expected and friendlier staff. It was around Saturday 6pm so not a very busy time I imagine.

They say all good things must come to an end. That is unfortunately the case with this store for me. To commemorate my this I decided to go eat for one last meal. The fries were spectacular as usual. The cheeseburger was delicious as well as the sweet chilli wrap. Overall I’m very pleased with the standard of food that was offered to me here today. BUT I feel as if I have been scammed. I only received two monopoly stickers for a large drink which used to be 3. This level of stinginess is unacceptable and due to this I have decided to drop my rating down to a 4. The staff should’ve also been wearing black for the queens death. Complete lack of respect!

Gets incredibly busy here on Friday afternoon with school children and bikers picking up pre-ordered meals for home delivery. Yet the staff team like the proverbial swan manage to shift the waiting list on the screen while maintaining an unfazed composure. Keeping the place clean too. 👍🏼

Food always good and consistent, recipts not working on machine, some staff were a bit rude to a customer asking for some loo roll. Tables and bins full of rubbish ( was like this for the duration of pur visit)

Very bad experience here, the store appears to be understaffed for lunch time.
Waiting time- high 25 mins for 2 items
Queues - high
Customer service - bad,fries were emptied out into bag,
Atmosphere- Delivery drivers annoyed and annoyed customers
Machines don't print receipts, so can't complain that way to offer feedback.
Cleanliness - All counters very dirty

Good, quick McDonald's, sometimes they pack the burgers a bit badly, but they do it very quickly, ensuring you can get a meal fast even at the busiest times. Some more tables would be nice.

McDonald's does not need my approval to be successful but it keeps its prices down and service up when the huge corporation could boost its prices up and still probably be popular. The staff is wearing grey uniforms in London nowadays. The floors are swept regularly.

They don’t add the sauces. And I’m not asking for anything extra (I.e. you buy 9 chicken nuggets, you can add 2 ketchup - you order the special like mozzarella sticks, you can add the special sauce), still, never there.
I know it’s McDonald’s, but I’m asking to get what I paid for.
I guess that the staff simply don’t have attention to what they are doing or there is a lack in coordination within the team
