Would not cook my chips properly and food all tasted funny

Supposed to be open 24/7, but closed for “System Updating”. Try to get attention of staff to see how long it will be closed for, but everybody just ignores you and pretends you are not there.

One of best place to get together here. The staff is also polite and good. There is a good capacity over here. One can opt to sit either inside or outside depends upon the customer. A very good place to get your loved ones. One should try the ice 🍨 creams available here.

I haven't been to Mcdonald's in Heathrow North for the first time yesterday for lunch. The staff were very friendly towards me.

Food missing items and chips as always half filled. Asked for large not happy meal size chips. Every delivery missing items not matter if just eat or uber and same rude drivers.

Busy dirty no coffee with wilk ,i asked if they had milk to add to black coffee lady said no ,ordered hot chocolate only to see a customer with cup of tea and pouch of milk. Sort it out.

Came here to wait before picking up at Heathrow. Went through the drive through ordered the hot chocolate. Drove around again to get parked. And went in to use the toilets and oh yea they're broken. Drove off to pick up and realised the chocolate was rank. Tasted like no chocolate added. Access to get out is tricky when cars are parked outside the junction. Hopefully next time it will be better

I have visited this McDonalds regularly for years without any issue until last Dec when I received a £100 parking charge notice for staying a few mins over 1 hr . The restaurant was very busy and my order was slow and I never gave the time a second though. I was actually eating in and I sent MET parking services a copy of my receipt but they don't care and are only interested in stealing customers hard earned cash. Mcdonalds you have lost a customer , I will never be back . Disgraceful
