McDonald's

After I received first batch of fries, with black points all over it, I asked the top manager( Lee) if this was normal as I've never experience chips with loads of black dots on it, he said that he couldn't do nothing about it, and I asked why sell them if the not coming with normal food standards.
I was told I could get a different batch of chips but they will come the same.
This is definitely looks as burned oil that is not changed for a long time. Someone should on top of this.

If you've ordered at around 10:40 can expect to get your order cancelled because they swap systems over and only for that reason so enjoy waiting for over half an hour getting your order accepted having a driver assigned for 15-20 minutes then having them cancel I called them up and the person specifically said that your order will be cancelled if its during the swapping point so don't bother doing deliveries half the time their cold anyway

As expected it was very busy this time of year. Placed our order and waited about 10 minutes. Surprisingly the food was not hot as i thought being so busy it would all be fresh 🙁
The management need to sort out keeping the Zebra crossing free from parked Uber drivers cars too. Accident waiting to happen!.

Fries Cold .always not enough staff to work. Ice cream , hot drink or cold drink has made it passed to ready but NO ONE to handle to customer or pack. Really don’t know why still can accept new order even more than 30 orders stuck on Waiting

this place must be shut and bulldozed. my order disappeared from screen, so i asked staff. nobody had a clue. waited few minutes, asked again. then again. was told it is being sorted. another 15 minutes - same person can't even remember what did i ask for. in total we (myself and 2 my children) waited for my order 56 minutes, until i gave up and asked for refund.
it seemed ok for others, who ordered single burger and a drink. but not with my order, which consisted of one happy meal, two regular meals and extra chicken wrap. staff didn't have mental capacity to process this much. i probably should have ordered our food in small batches, slowly, one meal at once. then drinks. and then extra wrap.
never again, not this branch.

Ordered two large meals and got one small chips and one medium chips, just because they're in a large box doesn't mean they're large.

Ordered off just eat so we are already paying a premium and having mildly warm food.

The McDonald's brand is soon becoming a thing of the past.

The worst Mc donalds I've ever visited, ever! Order took forever, no receipts available (anyone could have collected someone else's food), members of staff were chatting over food, wrong item was given 2ce. When order was eventually made available, I could see the burger popping out of the wrap; quite unprofessional and unhygienic.

I will never visit the location again!

Please check the order before you collect I ordered 2 crispy chicken and 3 sandwiches and 2 frys as take away .. was too busy .. so I too it when they give but , when reached home realise that one crispy chicken is missing.. hand one more experience before too .. so double check your order when collecting otherwise you will lose your money .
