McDonald's

It's absolutely waste of money. I ordered hot and Spice Mayo chicken burger.. chicken taste like disgusting.. not sure when that was cooked.. there was hardly a slice of salad into it.. Mayo was dripping down.. presentation for food was horrible.. its meant for human.. High street stall will wrap food correctly.. then this.. I must say coffee was good and fries was nice too. However, food was not worth the money or time. I'd never recommend Mcdonald to anyone. Find a better alternate.

Brand new refurbished MacDs. First Day open. Hot food with a smile. Table service worked well from the app.
The code on the order screen didn't work? Highlighted it to a member of staff, they tried to use it, it didn't work!
Mentioned it to one of the managers, fixed immediately.

I used to like this place but I noticed that, staff which works there is honestly careless and don't really care about customers. I went couple of time and I ordered chicken mayo burger without mayo with extra lettuce and when I arrived at home what I've got - chicken mayo burger with mayo and no lettuce!!! Plus the person who works behind the counter HADER (I think that's his name) it's mean and doesn't know how to talk to customer. He talk to me in kind of rude manner plus there was another lady next to me was waiting more than 10 min for her order because staff was having fun time ! Another lady was complaining about her order being wrong the day before , same as mine ! Atmosphere behind the counter it's a joke , I saw him slapping one of the staff and I could see it was really painful for the guy (but maybe for him it was a joke ) it wasn't for me as a customer to see things like that . This guy looks like he wears a wig and got different uniform the others . Of he is a kind of manager, it's wrong person on wrong position ! No way I'll be returning to this place again !

Waited 45 minutes. Had to prompt for order. Food was cold and order incomplete. McDonald's has gone downhill since they have let in deliveroo etc who have showed the process. No longer can be classed as fast food. I suppose McDonald's are happy though with extra business although their staff looked stressed out.

Very busy so had to wait a while.
Typically one of ordering screens wasn't working, which seems to be a regular issue.
The food was typical McDonald's fare, but they should make the festive pie (with mincemeat and custard) a regular item it was so good. 😊👍

Food was as expected. All items were there. Drive thru queue was long and slow, staff were not impolite nor particularly polite or friendly. You were lucky if they even spoke to you!

Terrible customer service now it’s happened number of times. Taking wrong orders and extremely rude manner to deal with the customer. Seems too busy in chatting not interested to take orders clearly and fast. Not worth to go here again.

The regular caramel waffle latte did not taste like it should, which was a shame. We went to the drive thru, and it took ages for three coffees and 2 mcflurrys to come out!
