McDonald's

First floor and also a part of ground floor is blocked so customers cannot use it, i guess easier for the employees like less cleaning. use to be a good place to eat, now they clean the table with the same cloth cleaning the floor!

Waited over 20 mins for food.. the chips were cold.. I stood an waited to speak to someone to change them for 10 minutes . But nobody even looked over at me.. I asked for no onions on my cheeseburger . Yet there was onions on it.. macdonalds isn't normally this bad. Wasn't best please with the customer service here
(Update30/7/2022).I have ordered food through the macdonalds app tonight delivered by uber eats... it said 20 mins wait.. but it kept gettin longer and longer.. this is the 2nd time its happened. The order arrived very cold.. my order was also wrong... the milkshake was like water. No straws. Won't be ordering again from there. Not worth the wait or cost for what it is... when I contacted customer service they said to contact uber eats... shocking

Normally you would say the service and experience is identical in every restaurant. However this particular site has consistently slow service from time of order to riecept of food. Not the place to go for a quick bite to eat. My wait on my last visit was over 20 minutes and I used the app.

Went in to order a single Bacon double cheeseburger. Sat down and took a bite....No bacon! Took it back and the girl was helpful and requested another. 5 mins later I've had to ask when was it coming.
The burgers were made with no care and with speed in which the cheese wasn't melted. Big McDonald's and very chaotic. Late Fri afternoon! Lots of youths gathering outside.

Wish I hadn't gone in.

Initially the queue for food was massive. Then had to return to the counter twice. First because no milk with the tea - you expect this to be offered. Then had to get replacement meals as both were lukewarm. Cooked again but still not very hot. Whole experience was poor and will not be going back there soon.

Called in at 10pm on Saturday night and the place was still clean and there were serving really fast. Been in others during the day that have not been half as good!

It was just a typical McDonald's fast food experience. The food (Burger and Chips) was barely warm as usual. There is governmental standard requirements for the temperature of what should be sold and qualify as hot food, McDonald's restaurants generally don't meet this requirement. As a customer, we want fast food, not, to go back and waste what little time we have to complain or return, especially when passing through a Drive Thru.

Food was good as always, and fast. The staff are good but seem stressed, fumbling around, dropping things etc because they're clearly being rushed.
