McDonald's

This McDonald's is shocking. All there delivery food is sitting on the counter getting cold so never order online at this place. The staff are rude, they stand around chatting like people aren't waiting for food that they have paid good money for.

Dine-in service was faster last night. Not sure if it was a one-time change or the restaurant decided to serve dine-in orders quicker.

It was a bit mad this eve (sat eve) but at the till the manager looked after us and tbh it was a decent experience, ordering what we wanted and arrived quite quickly with our blc discount. Appreciate the staff must put up with a lot and you’re all fab!

Third time on the trot that food ordered via Uber was incorrectly packed from this store. Uber refund parts of order, but you have to repay 3.99 delivery to complete order. How is the right? MC Donald sort it out. Never using mcdelivery again, I'm down about 15quid.

Just horrendous! Waited 25 minutes for fast food only for it to come soggy, cold and unedible. Too many orders at once. Ditch the self order and make people queue the old way. Disgusting

Staff seemed a bit chaotic and needed to be a bit more focused and more attention needed to keeping lobby area cleaned and tidy ,could also doing with a sign telling you toilets are upstairs.

Lovely place, great food just a touch cold - the place not the food! Great service

ABSOLUTELY FKIN AMAZING!
I can honestly say I have not been in any comparable Mc d's for years!
No dirt,screens working,no staff shouting, clean smell toilets,polite counter service,NO 10 to 15 minutes wait for the order,relaxed atmosphere as in NOT full of de yuhts or couriers,,,,
Couldn't believe it! Had to pinch myself,,,,and the food was tasty n hot for a change.
It was how it should be and they all used to be.
I usually avoid other stores as always grimy,full of loud staff and managers along with priority for courier bikers. Big NO NO as in I wouldn't use ones in Bromley Borough.
UNFORTUNATELY VISITED SYDENHAM AGAIN TODAY 7TH FEB,YEP THINK I WAS IMAGINING IT LAST WEEK!
Short measure on chips for us and customers with stuff missing or wrong for the 14 minutes while we waited,couriers getting preferance as seems the Norm now. But Worst of all,,,,,Spotted by my CHILDREN.! NO STAFF WEARING GLOVES AND ALL HANDLING FOOD FOR SERVICE.! NO FKIN EXCUSE.! ENUF SAID
