Taco Bell

Really bad. Dumped my food down on the counter when I looked and asked where the two portions of fries are was told the box was the fries. It was the cinnamon twists. I asked again and was told the chips were the other box. So where the 2nd chips. He reluctantly went and got a portion. We left. Got home. Second box was more cinnamon twists. Seriously. Took two staff to check my order, as the man couldn't read the reciept and understand the issue or what I was saying, and I still left with an incomplete order. Called the place and was told next time I come in to say the manager's name and I'd get some free chips?? Are you joking? Had to argue it to get refund of 4.75. tacos are sadly low on toppings no cacuc. Burrito was cold. So sad the whole meal. Feel ripped off and left with poor or no food for the kids. It's an embarrassment.

If i could give it zero starts i would, EVERY SINGLE TIME i order through deliveroo they always forget something. Fries + dip they only gave me the dip and no fries 😭😂 this has happened numerous times already. Please triple check before you send orders out

Worst place I've ever ordered from. They included/embedded (AS PART OF THE INGREDIENTS
) a marker pen inside my Crunchwrap Supreme.

I called them up and they admitted that their one only marker pen was missing. So I asked them how it occurred and asked them to investigate it (even emailed Taco Bell corporate about it) and they refused to do anything.

Possibly the worst Taco Bell I've ever had food from. Is this how 2022 is looking, were we throw food together in any old fashion, no cutlery, no napkins, no sauce, and just get people out the door? I went back and asked for lots of fire sauce, was given 3, for almost £20's worth of food! I asked for more, the look I got was priceless. Thankfully had some chopsticks in the car for the absolute mess that was their loaded fries (look at the photo of the abomination that I actually paid money for!). A real shame on the brand to serve food like this and cut corners to make a few extra pence. Won't ever return.

Extremely well done! They puts lots of cinnamon sugar on the cinnamon twists and churros!

Ordered a taco which comes with lettuce, cheese, sour cream & tomato and i didnt remove any from my order. Got my food and drove back to work only to find out no sour cream or tomato's which made the whole taco suck. Not impressed. Staff were too busy conversating between themselves to even know i walked in and i stood there for near 3 4 mins. I have attached the receipt to show nothing was removed from my order but they decided to remove it

Tacobell is my one of the best restaurant and the price is very good for everyone
