McDonald's

Used the drive through, only ordered £10 worth of food. Was told to park up and they’d bring it over to us which is understandable as they do get busy. However, I was waiting for 30 mins for the food, finally had enough and went inside only to discover they’d made the food and forgot to bring it out to us. Could see it just sitting there. Absolutely useless, won’t be using again. The chap who I believe was the manager was apologetic and made the order fresh in a matter of minutes, shame his staff wasn’t as competent.

I don’t normally do reviews, but now I feel I have too.
Previous issues, never have any of the dips with the order that comes with the meal, can’t remember the last time I had any serviettes and sometimes straws ?
Todays issue - made an order online via mcdelivery and collected through the drive through. The gentleman taking orders sounds like he didn’t want to be their.
To then having to park up, which is fine, I then received the order and drove home to there not being one item in the order.
I called the restaurant to speak to a lovely lady called Chloe really polite good customer service she said to come back and would replace the order that’s *perfect thank you. *
Turned up explained to the gentleman and tried to just give me the burger which then I did say I want the whole order replacing. He went and done that but while waiting for this to be done staff was just chatting away while doing orders ( perhaps this is why people are always having stuff missed of their order ? ) one staff member while awaiting for some food opened the bag ready and then held bag up against her mouth and face while waiting for the food, are the staff even trained in food hygiene ?that’s someone’s order, how disgusting!
I then received my order had a quick glance everything seemed fine to then get home and realise the double cheese burger was missing. Really couldn’t be bothered to go back. What a shambles.

If I could leave 0 stars I would but Chloe’s deserves at least the 1 star for trying to rectify the issue.

Sort your staff out!!!!!!!

Not the best McDonald's, food is cold or luke warm most of the time. Its extremely slow inside 25 mins for a burger and 3 drinks even after we complained about it 15 mins in. Not much better when using the check in service either.

Ordered online via just eat.
The meal was cold. No dips, this is a regular thing!
The fries boxes were half empty!

Absolutely disgusted, got home and found no fries with the meals. The meals were also luke warm as I only live five minutes away. Tried to contact them no answer by telephone if they would of stopped messing around at the window with each other and checked what was put in the bags I would’ve had the correct order I even asked is your the correct and I said yes, I think they need more training or the manager needs to sort it is not very professional at all

Give this place zero stars i would dont bother ordering from here orders are either wrong or missed items off an order they NEVER put sauces in that your order & pay for and there’s always so many staff just standing round doing absolutely nothing the management really need to look into the problems this restaurant has if i was you i would avoid ordering from here and use the hawks green one instead much better service

Food came but no drink and when I called they ended the call on me when I was trying to look for the receipt I feel this is very rude and I feel I should have better customer service I recommend not ordering from this place.

It's macdonalds lol this one can get a bit busy at the drive thru and to be asked to park up for a double cheeseburger well one of there most selling items I thought was a bit of a joke
