KFC Dover - Honey Wood Retail Park

Its is honestly quicker to go to the Sandwich KFC and back before you even order in there. Also when they do take your order they 60% of the time get it wrong. Took me 45 MINUTE just to see the counter only to tell me that the Krushem Machine (the one specific thing I wanted to get) was broken, nothing on the boards for the staff informed us of this so was a gigantic waste of my time. Usually it was quicker to just order from the screens but they are broken too. Go to Sandwich KFC faster and better service!

Food good, not long to wait. Disabled bays constantly used by Uber eats drivers preventing them from being used for their intended purpose. Staff not bothered when this was raised with them

Travelled from eastry to this KFC. Ordered my food nice and quick. Paid for my order and received my fillet tower box meal WITHOUT my piece of chicken that should come with it.

My zinger wrap meal is the real pain. I received the fries and drink but NO WRAP. Like how do you miss the main part of that Meal. WHAT A JOKE.

£16 and no wrap. No recipet to prove the purchase but the bank statement.

Tried to call the store and no answer what do ever

Really disappointed with our visit.

Only one order machine working and that didn't have any receipt roll in it.

The service was lousy and the krush 'ems look like they're getting smaller. £2 for something less than half of the size of a £1.79 McDs milkshake!

The tables and chairs were filthy and sticky. Looks like no-one had cleaned them for some time and none of the staff made an attempt to clean the customer areas during our visit.

Don't worry though, there's 2 x nice and clean 4 seater tables reserved for staff! 🤣

Awful service, me and another lady were queued for about 5 mins, and were totally ignored. Priority was to the delivery drivers. Staff were bickering amongst themselves. I was told it was quicker to use the self service machine, only 1 was working. Ordered a boneless feast, and got home and found things missing. Never going back there, awful.

Lousy chips, chicken that isn't cooked properly ( not the staff's fault, they won't be allowed to cook it properly and it wouldn't be tender enough) and stinks of bleach. The staff do work their socks off though, bless em.

Not the best KFC I've been to, toilets were smelly and not very clean (male and female),no atmosphere whatsoever,food was just ok,as was the service,👎

Missing parts to two meals, rung store to discuss, terrible customer service . Refused to sort this out, with out going to the store. Unable to go to the store.Wouldn't give there name as a point of reference to complain to deliver roo. Never using deliver roo or whitfield KFC again!
