KFC Chester - Greyhound Retail Park

First of all, I’ve never seen a Zinger Salad Box with extra fillet so small, barely any salad. It’s an expensive salad and I usually get the whole box filled. The manager also seemed to have an attitude with NHS discount however, the staff that served me was polite. Secondly, I’ve found grey hair in my salad and there’s 0 chance it could be my hair as I have dark brown hair with no greys. Will not go again.

Went through the drive through tonight an once again...issue with the order we had two different types of box meals "zinger" and both burgers had No sauces or cheese. Literally chicken and lettuce and a dry bun.
Annoying when you get home an discover these things, it's meant to be a treat and at that price you think they'd get it right... It wasn't even busy!?
They Missed my child's entire meal last time.
The staff are great but every time we have eaten here there's been something missing or cold.
The staff apologize but it's not like I'm going to drive all the way back for a complimentary popcorn chicken!

Excellent service, the gentleman serving me was v friendly. Food was fresh and well constructed. The app gave some good discounts at the time we visited. Used drive through. Will revisit

We went shopping to the Greyhound Retail Park afterward we went the KFC drive through it was busy when we called in. Our food was chicken strip box meals it was hot. fresh, and really well presented and very tasty. We enjoyed it. We served by a pleasant. We'll presented polite young lady. Excellent customer service Thank you Hazel well done, excellent.

When in for a specific meal that was on offer on a poster outside, informed offer not now available offered a similar deal which cost double? The restaurant was manic and lots of shouting with pushy pick-up / delivery drivers, long wait for food which was cold by the time we received it.

Food was for a change well below par... cold chips half of chicken had seen better days.... Sat for too long..... was surprised as it was a Saturday just before 12pm.

Hopefully this was a one off but I didn't have the energy to complain on this day

Very disappointed. Ordered a 4 piece meal and got served with just drum sticks, when I queried it I got told that's all they had. Not good value for money. Not very hot either.

Came here this morning, it was fantastic. The chicken was delicious, service was super fast and the staff were friendly. Couldn’t find a fault if I tried!
