McDonald's

used the app to get the food brought to me as it was busy through the drive throw through as being a wheelchair user it should have been easy. 25 minute waited until the food came out which the burger was cold and the fries didn't arrive and when we told the guy about the burger being cold he didn't reply also ask where the chips where which he had to get which was also Luke warm. If you dont have capacity to do the app ordering then dont offer it simples

Wish I could give no stars,just came to get food here plain simple order,restaurant wasn’t busy for once but still a long wait for food,and they forgot the nuggets in 2 happy meals!! Come on now it’s your job! Guy on the2nd drive though window had no manors and clearly didn’t want to be there will not be back

Mediocre place with exceptionally slow service over the last 6 visits. Some strange staff that made us feel rather awkward when she was standing over us Idly. Burgers are ALWAYS cold and over cooked. All In all Its the worst McDonald's I've ever visited. Sorry

It's a McDonald's!?

Not limited to this store, but 25 mins wait for an order is not "fast" food.

Orders accepted via App, drive through, in store, click and collect, and deliveroo type service and now less serving staff means inevitable longer waits for service

I used the drive through as the restaurant looked full of delivery drivers waiting (off putting). Ordered a wrap of the day meal, bacon and cheeseburger and chicken mayo ... The wrap if the day was the wrong one from what was online that day ? And My bacon was so cold it was like it came out the fridge ... I couldn't eat it so fed it to the birds 🥴 very disappointing

We arrived for a quick lunch but upon entering, amidst the chaos of the collection point directly inside the front door, a member of staff literally shouted at the top of her lungs “NUMBER *** GET A MOVE ON AND COLLECT YOUR ORDER”.
I understand that sometimes we need to be clear and loud when there are many people around, but the language and abruptness was just so rude and not what we wanted to be greeted with. It immediately put us off.

There were no free tables apart from the ‘kids’ section in the middle, which was fine, but it felt so cramped in the restaurant due to the layout, and the kids section had no tablets in any of the tablet holders that took up much of the table space. So our children were a bit miffed and the holders were pointless.

But one of the worst things, and the final straw to us leaving after all of 3 minutes in the building, was the lack of heating. I know times are tough, but there was no heating on. Everyone was sat in their coats and hats, and it was just as cold as outside. Absolutely freezing.

We drove to another nearby McDonalds which was great. Would not come back here again.

This particular Macdonalds isnt entirely the best to go in my opinion. I am an enjoyer of maccies food however, the Sheene Road maccies always seem to get some part of the order wrong? I dont know why but if ya order from a food courier service then is most likely gonna be cold and from ordering food at the counter it seems quite obvious that it is not the couriers fault. I do want to say that yes I can understand that it's a mad busy restaurant but other Macdonalds just dont seem to have the same problems. Plus this review isnt from just one or two times because this has happened a lot over at a 5 year period. That's all I really have to say about this place. I hope they can figure out a solution to this.

Fulfilled order slowly, but vegan burger cooked fresh. Chips very bland - needed some salt. Friendly and polite staff.
