The queues were pretty horrendous. I expected a little wait, arriving at 9.45 a.m. on a Saturday, but 45 mins isn't exactly fast food.
On the positive, no complaints about the food and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Waited about 30 mins in the que. Really Really slow. Food is as you expect however you'd be better going to another one. When we got to the window you can see why it's so slow. Team are an absolute shambles. You can see the caos and clearly they don't now how to organise people. The que for the drive through went all the way out the parking and down the road outside.

Used to be a regular Sunday morning thing for us but since the refurbishment and bias towards ordering via the app, this branch simply cannot cope with demand and is routinely overwhelmed.
The drive-thru queue stretches out on to the main road, there’s always a huge crowd inside waiting for pick up orders and orders delivered to a table take ages to arrive and are often wrong.
The food is good but the infrastructure and loss of counter ordering has pushed this branch over the edge.

This is what a large coffee looks like here. I asked them to re pour this and it came out exactly the same. Smaller than a regular. 2 inches below the top of the cup.

Really upset by the attitude of the woman manager or team leader, very rude and not helpful at all, I couldn't believe when she started shouting at the costumers.... I was really, really disappointed........
Great food and value for money... But her unfriendly manner..... It will make me think twice before going back

In and out experience with very little interaction with anyone however, very clean and tidy. The food was warm too!

Staff were very poor. Our food took over 15 minutes to arrive at our table and was cold (I could understand if it was busy but it was the complete opposite) so I returned it and they left me standing there for another 5 minutes before I eventually went and got a manager who managed to sort things out within 2 minutes. Very grateful to the manager. Very lovely lady. Pity the rest of the staff weren't so good. Would have got one star if it wasn't for the manager.

Ordered 2 x cheeseburgers with extra pickles.. got home to find no pickles at all in either burger...
Not the first time I've had an incorrect order here and this time I went there rather than use a delivery service to save getting cold food.
I'll go to Birdhause or Five Guys in future, at least the order is always right.
