I ordered over the app and accidentally had my previous address added. The app told me to either call through or call the rider. After calling the help line and not getting through after 30 minutes I called the rider who unfortunately had to deal with the issue. After speaking with him, he said he would pass me to the manager to sort out the issue, who refused to speak with me as she said she didn’t deal with customers because it’s ‘not her job’. Because of this disgusting behaviour of someone who is responsible of the customer service of her restaurant I don’t think anyone should bother paying any money knowing that the response they will get is that the manager can’t even be bothered to help and so you can imagine the kind of respect she influences her team members to give to the public as well.

Went just after midday to buy coffees. I had informed an employee several weeks ago there was no soap in the men's toilets. Informed the same employee today there was no soap in the men's toilets again. Was told to speak to the manager who said I could use the disabled toilet where there is soap. I explained that there should be soap in the men's toilets, as anyone who uses it can bring germs into the restaurant. I was told the soap gets filled up every morning, which I find unbelievable as there was no soap dispenser in there. This is not acceptable in any food establishment especially in times of increased hygiene requirements due to the recent pandemic. I suggest one washes their hands after using the Touchscreen Kiosks.

The manager needs to get his act together every time we order and regardless of whos delivering there is always something missing or a wrong item sent why is it so hard to get an order right ? Even coming into the restaurant the staff cant cope with the amount of customers its meant to be fast food . I know we get money refunded when theres mistakes but what about my grandchildren not having their order what about the upset tears and tantrums They are also impossible to contact making it we have to pay twice for delivery and service charge if i could choose what mcdonalds my order comes from it would help as it wouldnt be the Barnet branch the staff are rude unhelpfull its always someone elses fault MCDONALDS TAKE NOTE THIS RESTAURANT NEEDS HELP

I admire the young staff, who I presume are new, keeping it together despite pressure from rude customers. They forgot my straws but the order was correct, very polite staff and the cleaning staff are efficient. Probably the cleanest mcdonalds I've been to :)

I’ve in this McDonald a few time, and , it seems that each time I visit is getting longer to get your orders, I was waiting for my food for more that 10 minutes. All this whilst all the delivery riders with their helmets on blocking the collection counter with no regard for other clients. It seemed that chaos was running the place, short of staff nobody at the till to help with people orders..

The staff were very helpful and accommodating as we have a member who had type 1. So food needs to be weighted out and this was done in the kitchen which saves us having to do that on the table.

The food was good and fairly priced and they had a kids menu. We went down a treat.

Complete waste of time. Order through app for table service. Food did not arrive after 15 mins. Got a refund. When asked what happened the staff had not a scooby doo. The lights are on, but no one is home
