McDonald's

Very very busy.
How ever food was delivered to our table really quickly and was a McDonald's.
Also a flat entrance way with dipped curbs to get onto a off of the zebra crossings. Only 2 accessible parking spaces
Doors also can be opened using a push button.
Although unfortunately as it was so so busy moving around the store using a walking stick was really difficult, however that's not the stores fault and after all it is Macduff.

Better to get a Turkish doner kebab from the road…

It’s to my understanding that a few staff members are very unhygienic, one is even said to do his man thing in the bathroom most lunch times aswell as going to the toilet and never washing his hands and even flicking boggies round the kitchen I’ve seen one member of staff nails and there are long with black dirt underneath I did mention it but someone said there always like that I refused my food and got a refund as he works preparing food. Couldn’t believe to be hearing this, won’t be returning apparently it’s been reported by many members of staff to management but nothing gets done because the one who does most of this has disabilities and worried they could be done for discrimination, It needs to be looked into asap as it’s quite worrying

Disgraceful service tonight. Firstly had to wait whilst other drive thru lane served multiple cars , so felt that we were not important. For it to get worse, as the food ordered was then not taken properly, so advisor was not listening to us. Please train your staff or sack them for poor customer service. Disgusting. Male advisor at 7.30pm 27.10.22. Witney store/restaurant.

Always large fries looks small, yesterday returns it because was even less like today. Yesterday had one burger less but today was cold. This is ridiculous!

Almost always collecting orders in the drive-thru that are incorrect, although the staff are always happy to resolve for me. Quite often need to drive-thru only to be asked to wait in the car park and they’ll bring my order to me. Food quality is better than every other surrounding McDonald’s though

We have found that due to is popularity the drive through takes a long time so easier to go in store. Maybe Mac's should have another restaurant in town?
