Nice and modern with self-service machines and collection point. Cool artwork along with clean tables and seating too.
There was however quite a long waiting time when I was there and the staff could be more pleasant.

All in all, nice place.

I ordered 3 cheese burgers 1 medium fries 1 coke and a happy meal for my son. All of the food was cold. I asked the staff to make sure that my food and my sons food was hot as it was cold several times before. This has resulted in me calling head office and getting vouchers. I am also still awaiting my refund of £14.57 from 4 years ago with umber eats at McDonald's as the food was cold also.

Came in for a quick break in the morning, this particular mcdonald's was not up to standard. I do like the fact that there is a separate pick up window for delivery orders, although the staff are not interested in interaction with customers.

The break fast order I got was dry and old, the egg very rubbery and muffin half toasted, with no butter. Hash brown was fresh from the fryer but had so much excess crumbs it felt sandy and brittle. Although, was enjoyable for freshness and cold Tropicana.

Toilets were disgusting, mess all over the floor. Informed the staff but they did nothing the whole time I visited. I wish it was more friendly with staff interaction.

Ordered a breakfast for myself and my daughter at 8am as we were both needing to leave for work and fancied a treat. It’s now 9:40 and we are still waiting. Really annoying

I have been going to this McDonald's for years but have been only ordering via app services since pandemic. It has gone downhill, sending half the order. 2.5 hour waiting times (I live 5 minutes away). Just awful. Think there has been a change in management and it is just not the same. Eating in better. Don't have it delivered

There was a lady named Krystyna. She was very polite, kind and very hardworking. We came with a baby and she finds us a table and told us to wait as she gets our food. She also helped a disabled person, opened the door for them and find them a table. I hope, the manager of this branch would recognise her hardwork.

29th Dec 2022, order no. 92. Half-cooked fires, double quarter pounder became a normal quarter pounder. Asked for a plain quarry pounder meal, ends up with cheese in it. Cold drinks were placed with hot food. The fries are only half full. McDonald's is ripping us off. It's a takeaway order, and I'm home right now, no point driving back for a return/refund.

Worst MacDonalds I ever seen, it bares the ridiculous, they cannot get 1 order right, 5 out 5 orders I got delivered was wrong and missing items, looks like something is going very wrong in there maybe even people stealing the orders or staff eating it. Lack of management is visible, a real shame the biggest food chain in the world is getting so bad, this place should ve closed down to preserve the image of the brand, but I guess it is still profitable and probably it is all they care about.
