McDonald's

This is in the Crawley leisure park .... it is usually very busy as it’s one of the economical option in leisure park centre .... the wait time is ok considering a very busy place like usually McDonalds is ... the service is ok ... you have booking screens available in this McDonald’s to quicken your ordering process ... overall good

Only like three of the seven staff were pulling their weight (the girl with pink hair, the black guy with curly hair and the lady in white with blonde hair). All others were quite slow. One member of staff at the back (white male really young), was standing around singing and then sipping a coke while orders were coming through. The front desk staff had to go to the back to do his job for him. They didn’t salt the chips and gave us sugar free coke when we paid extra for regular coke. We were waiting for a single order for about 25 minutes and it wasn’t so busy.

Very poor service this morning - 20mins between paying and receiving my order then waffles were cold - staff had no hair nets on and even a manager in the kitchen with no hat - seating area generally dirty - all in all not a good visit - oh and to top it off, staff more interested in delivery orders than customers actually in the store.

Food is good and average atmosphere. But there was no catch up or mayo at dispenser. Everytime need to ask explicitly on busy order counter for it.

It's a McDonald's. It's what you'd expect from a McDonald's as far as food and service goes. The floor plan is fairly open although it can get very crowded at certain times. There are button activated doors at the entrance and there is an accessible toilet. It has a good variety of seating options although the seating areas could be a bit tight for people with mobility aids or wheelchairs, especially at busier times where most of the tables are in use.

The biggest issue I have is the floor gets incredibly slippery whenever it's raining outside or if they are wet for any reason. I would avoid it whenever it's raining, especially if you already have balance issues. The food is alright but not worth causing injury over.

I'm not sure how to contact McDonald's directly about this since their "contact us" page does the usual directing to FAQs. Hopefully they are aware and are able to do something to make the floors less slippery.

Best McDonald’s in Crawley. The manager let me order all my weird cravings and was so nice about it! The place was spotless and the staff were all friendly and professional

Worst mcdonalds ever. Every time I order for delivery they do not put the whole order in the bag but I still get charged for everything I ordered.

Waiting for our food and a staff member asked another staff member that was cleaning the toilets to come help. The staff member from the toilets did not wash their hands and started to handle food.
